I worked with Jenn on estate planning and related issues. Due to my family history and professional background, I have more experience than most in working with lawyers of all specialties, and I have high expectations. Jenn more than exceeded those expectations. She was thorough and conscientious in explaining the pros and cons of different approaches, and clearly articulated both her recommendations and the thought process behind them. She was very focused on ensuring that my intent was completely and clearly incorporated in the legal documentation prepared, and when my change of direction required significant rework she was both professional and supportive. Given that the change required much additional time on her part, she could have increased her fee significantly and it would have been very reasonable to do so - however, she didn't and in my experience that is rare. I feel that I have truly found an advocate I can trust in Jenn, and I would recommend her without reservation.

This is an amazing firm to work with, especially Cameron Adams. I've seen some of the seminars he has been apart of and it was nothing short of informative and professional. My grandfather did his living trust with this firm and although they completed the trust, they were not thorough at all, which presented me, the Trustee after he passed, with many obstacles that presented themselves soon after. For example, the trust was supposed to be the beneficiary of his life insurance, but the law office never changed the existing policies, so after he passed, all the money was split equally among beneficiaries instead of paying for property taxes and trust debts. Furthermore, Caprice writes herself into your trust as someone who assumes fees if needed, to execute the trust. As such, she was urging my family to sell our family home, which she would receive a percentage of. I was able to refinance the family home, against her advice, of course, and kept our home in the family. I chose to use another law firm to represent our interests, and my husband and I are using another firm for our trust as well!

We hired Robin Gorenberg to complete our estate planning work in early 2019. We had received the recommendation from my company’s General Counsel. While he had not used Robin personally, he did have a number of colleagues that provided very good reviews related to her work. We found the process to be very easy with Robin as she guided us through all of the various options citing pro’s and con’s of taking certain steps along the way. She was very good at explaining technical concepts in layman’s terms and providing recommendations, but not coming across as overly pushy in terms of her recommendations. Her final work product was very timely and fully complete and her fees were fair for the high quality work. My wife and I would highly recommend her for Estate Planning counsel and will continue to utilize her services as the need arises in the future.

I first procured the legal services of Robin Gorenberg several years ago, when both my parents were still living. I don't know what we would have done without her expertise in Estate Planning. Her knowledge and compassion helped us through a very confusing time. I called upon Robin again when my mother was being admitted into Nursing Home Care. Robin referred me to an Elder Law Attorney immediately. Thankfully, I did not need his formal services in the end, but he was just as kind and experienced as she is. Brendan is the breath of fresh air that the legal profession needs. He is earnestly trying to help you through conversations and processes that are not easy. Having end of life conversations and preparing the family for that time is a special skill. Because of the work that Brendan did for our family, when the time came, all was in order. It would have taken years to resolve estate issues but for the fact that Brendan was able to persuade our family to put things in order. My Dad recently passed away and I needed to find a lawyer for my Mom to set up the estate planning and such. This being what I thought may be difficult as I live three states away. Well I googled top rated lawyers in Lynn and read the reviews on Brendan and we made the appointment to meet with him. We have been going to Beliveau Law Group, and working with David Beliveau, for almost 13 years now for all our legal needs, and we highly recommend them to anyone. It started off with having a will and other legal documents put together given we were starting a family and buying a house. Mary Hart, Beliveau Law Group's real estate lawyer, worked with us in taking care of all the paperwork when buying the house and selling our previous house. In the years since then, we have made changes to some of our legal documents where Dave Beliveau has been terrific in meeting with us to get the needed changes done. We have also been working with David over the years in setting up all our assets in a family trust. David is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to tax law in Massachusetts and advising us in the best way to set up our assets. We also have been using Beliveau Law Group to do our taxes over the years, which has been a huge help. The information provided in the sessions was very informative and easy to understand. I recommend anyone that does not have a will or trust take this course before you learn the hard way....as I did. My husband and I did not have a will when he passed. Probate is long and expensive. Protect your family before something happens.

We worked with Joe recently to setup a family Trust. We had some unique aspects due to the international nature of our set-up. Joe was very helpful and thorough in explaining all intricacies and aspects of law, in a manner that a person without training in law could easily understand and decide about the best options available to meet the goals of the Trust that we were looking to set-up. Kim has been a great atty since my brothers death in Oct of 2020. While during COVID has delayed many of the court processes this law firm that's outside their control but she has kept me in the loop along the way. I highly recommend. She's knowledgeable and her staff and associates are people who aren't just out there for your money. They have genuine interest in your family matters. I wish I knew where to begin heaping on praise! Kimberly Butler Rainen, along with her staff, are intelligent, thoughtful and professional. I am so happy to have had their help. My closest friend passed away with no will and Kim took care of all issues surrounding probate and settling of the estate. We were recommended to Kimberly by a will attorney as our mother needed a trust set up. We had been begging her for years to get this done and finally she decided to do it. As with a lot of older adults making a change in their life can be overwhelming. Understanding all the legal jargon, do's and do not's and just the entire process is tough to comprehend for the everyday person. Well, I can tell you with full sincerity that Kimberly made the process so much more bearable. She was patient and translated all of the legal terms and jargon so we could all understand it.
