The best thing I ever did, was make a google search, (frantically trying to find legal advice, after a traumatic incident, alone and in a foreign country), thank goodness Rivkind & Marguilies came up in my top search. Since day one, When I called, Leslie was the first person I spoke to, through tears and panic, she listened, put me directly on the phone with Bruce, no appointment needed, just listened to my situation, calmed me down and gave me free advise on what I should do (I was stuck in A Caribbean island with a serious injury, minimal medical help, being told I cannot leave by my employer) within one day, of their help, I was on a flight to the USA, all logistics taken care of by them, in the safety of a hotel close to a hospital and a specialist that I so badly needed. From then onwards, I wasn’t alone, they took care of appointments, dr visists and my well-being when I was at my most vulnerable. Each day they worked tirelessly to get me the justice I needed, I received the best medical care and Leslie, was in constant contact with me, reassuring me about every step and process that was happening in my new situation, she was kind and always had time for me, thorough and made the impossible, possible. I met Brett later on, I was soo happy to meet the man who has never lost a case, be there for me in my time of need, he is a caring, genuine and powerful man with integrity of his work, he wouldn’t allow me to worry about paperwork, logistics or adjusters and told me only to focus on my getting well again, that he would take care of everything. He was not wrong, they did take care of everything, I only had to work on my recovery and they did exactly what they said they would do. I cannot express enough what it means, to have such a powerhouse team be fighting for you, on your side. Today is the end of my journey, I am eternally gratful for their relentless hard work and the outcome of all of this. I will actually miss my communications with Leslie as felt I had a friend holding my hand throughout. Thank you soo much, Leslie, Brett and Bruce, for all you have done for me, I will never forget it and only wish I could thank you more. I hope this review helps others make the right decision when they are in their time of need, or happened to find themselves in an unfortunate situation, Really was the best decision I ever made and I wouldn’t have been able to overcome this without them.

I was impressed with the professionalism and help in resolving my case by Lidia Fernandez and the office team. My experience with Christian Rodriguez was fantastic. I hired him to help with a nuisance tenant and a related fraud issue. Thanks to Christian's legal knowledge, effective strategy, preparation, and professional conduct, I won the case, the tenant left my apartment, and I was able to obtain a judgment for attorney's fees and costs against the defendant. I reached out with my maritime case after being injured while on a cruise vacation. Elaine reached out to me to gather information which I promptly returned and I was informed that the paralegal, Jessica would contact me once the information was reviewed. I followed up twice and no response. It has been almost a month and I have not heard anything back. Whether or not I had a valuable case or not, I did expect a call to let me know they were not going to take it. Very unprofessional. Not a way to do business. Would give zero stars.

Jontiff and Jontiff is a great insurance attorneys and personal injury. Very professional, efficient, communicative and easily accessible. Scott and Carol, his assistant were great! Communication was both thorough and timely and my case was settled quickly. I loved that was able to speak directly when I had any questions. I was not at fault and suffered injuries that impeded by daily living. I was very pleased with the medical treatment referrals made by Scott and the treatment was professional and effective. I highly recommend the Jontiff & Jontiff law firm. Came across Eric Mausner shortly after getting into my auto accident , I was searching for about a week or two trying to find a lawyer I feel comfortable with, after meeting with about 8 different lawyers , I finally ran into Eric , from the first meeting he was 100% real and upfront about my case , good vibes from the second I walked through the door. So after about a hour and half meeting I decided to go with Eric.
