My wife had an unfortunate result from a plastic surgical procedure. After many months of the provider attempting interventions to mitigate the aberrant results the effort proved futile. Worst experience. It's been over a year since my accident. I was referred to this law firm and they continue to disappoint. I continuously call for updates and no one gets back to me after leaving "messages". My car is still not fixed and no one in this office seems to care or know how to do their job efficiently. Last time I was able to get through to the assistant handling my case (which was over a month ago) she didnt realize the process was being held up because she had to send the adjuster some additional information. Follow up and execution are definitely lacking. I would not recommend after this experience.
