Seeing Mr. Trunnell's name on the 2021 poll list has prompted me to write a review of his service for me. I could have swore I've reviewed him once my case concluded, but I'm not seeing my original review. Anyhow, back in 2018 Mr. Trunnell helped me as my legal representative get through a very tough relationship legal issue (non-divorce related). He was empathetic the entire time, and I felt non-judgemental. It was an emotional time for me, and I remember calling him on his personal cell phone number at some odd hour in the night, and he answered me! I was in a crisis, thinking about doing something with legal reprimand against a family member in the moment that would have change my life forever. Mr. Trunnell did not tell me not to do it, but he did give me advice and guidance that helped me tremendously, I could tell he really cared about me as a person and a client. He really made me think on it, mentioning legal recourse, but also providing personal insight. He was very nice upon intake with me, providing personal experiences that shaped him as the man of law that he is today, as well as answering all my legal qustions and some personal ones. He truly has a lasting impact on my life to this day, and forever will. He concluded my legal case with optimal results that helped me personally, but also ultimately helped my spouse and I led to our reconciliation. He was understanding of my wishes during the trial and what I wanted in terms of a legal outcome, and a personal/marital one, and he was able to achieve both. Vote Trunnell on your 2021 poll, no one is better suited for the roll than him. We need a good law-man, and a good PERSON at the bench, and that is Richard all the way!

I wrote a review before, it obviously got deleted. Mr. Trunnell, is a very charismatic man, but he needs to be more open to possibilities if a parent is a concerned about a child getting hurt by the other parent, its not good to dismiss it especially if the child is mentally/emotionally effected. Also I found out he is a judge now strange coincidence, I hope if I get him as a judge he will have a different perspective of where I was coming from with my concerns and looks at my evidence as a possibility instead of pushing it to the side.

I found Trunnell Law in the internet I went there days after I had been arrested for an assault in second degree .Everything look bad, the pictures of the victim , the police statement . It was a case of self defense and Mr Trunnell developed an strategy for my case .The result : it was dropped after some 4 months. I felt in good hands since the first meeting with him .You can not go wrong in a criminal case with him.

Front desk receptionist is rude and short. Bad first impression! Should’ve used that as a red flag. This firm is incompetent and correspondence time is ridiculously long. They snap at you if you attempt to follow up. Look elsewhere. Everything I court was a mess!

I thank God that I was referred to Trunnell Law LLC from another highly respected attorney who was handling another case of mine. Rich Trunnell is an outstanding attorney who clearly knows his way around a courtroom. His almost three decades of experience is evident from the beginning and is a godsend when, and if, one has to go to court. Having Rich and his team on my side during many stressful and complicated court appearances is the best decision I ever made. Rich is well known and respected by the court system, and his reputation and track record prompt serious and meaningful resolution conversations with the opposing counsel. Rich is fair, knowledgeable and willing to compromise in the best interests of his client, but is also not afraid to go to court to uphold his client's rights and is not to be trifled with lightly. I can say that I am thankful that he was on my side of the case, as I would not want him to be on the opposing side - he is that formidable. I can without any reservations highly recommend Rich and his law firm to handle any legal issues or concerns. Mr. Ortega was a breath of fresh air from the moment I walked into his office. I only saw/talked to two lawyers regarding my case. I chose him because of his reassuring nature and confidence....and I'm happy I did. He's smart, savvy and diligent. Not long after reviewing my case, he had a plan. Though the pandemic significantly extended the timeline of the case, he personally kept in contact with me, informing of new developments along the way. I watched the reactions of several court house officials when he arrived. When they see him coming or hear his name, they know it's about to get REAL. Mr. Ortega's great reputation is well-deserved. There aren't enough words to express how wonderful and amazing it was to work with Ortega Law, specifically Josh (I didn't work with his wife, but I'm sure she's as impressive). He's responsive, beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. He even went over and beyond to assist me and answer all of my questions about something unrelated. I trusted him from the first conversation and knew that my best interest was of importance to him. His pricing was very fair, and although my case was dismissed, he was worth every single penny spent, and I have not one regret! I will recommend Josh over and over again, and should I ever need his assistance again or know of anyone who may need him, I will not hesitate to reach out. If I could give 100 stars, I would!

Mr. Cochran answered his own phone (How about that!). Talked briefly with me and set up an interview immediately. I met with him...He was quick and to the point and told me not to give my case another thought. He called me to make sure I didn't forget about the court date and showed up on time . In the courtroom he was professional and took care of business quickly; the court ruling in my favor. No fuss no muss. I would recommend him for any criminal legal assistance that you can think of. He's a great guy. Very personable and worth every penny.

Got a traffic ticket, paid it and somehow the MVA did not put it in their system. This little situation escalated into a nightmare. I was referred to Drew from another Attorney in town that didn't handle these cases. Called Drew and he got it dismissed before I had to walk in the courtroom. I hired Drew for a case. He always seemed so serious but behind that he always got the job done. His assistant Michelle is amazing and very responsive. Rob immediately got the case information and took charge. He was responsive and explained the options. He worked hard to ensure I was well represented and most importantly, he got the charges dismissed. He worked a hard case where the accuser changed her story and facts. I have worked with Robert Siegle twice for different matters. He is a great attorney to represent you. His rates are very reasonable in comparison to begin with. The major reason to use Attorney Siegle is he provides very level headed honest informaiton to you. Several attorneys kind of brag how they know folks etc. and in reality they really do not just represent you based upon facts in court. Mr. Siegle did a lot of investigation into various laws to try and see different avenues. Very impressed with his handling of my issues in past.

If you are not wealthy, RUN. DO NOT hire this firm. My wife and I hired them to help get custody of my daughter. We paid them ALL the money we had saved for a down payment on a house and they took it and spent it all within the first month. They told us we had all the control, but then filed motion after motion (most of which were denied) without talking to us first. They let us switch to a “cheaper” lawyer (he was not cheaper). We spent nearly $15,000 in 6 months, just to have them tell us they were dropping us because we couldn’t get caught up, we owed three grand and were paying them $800 a month! We were honest from the start, before we signed anything, they knew our income situation. Despite telling them CONSTANTLY throughout the process that we don’t earn much and that we just needed someone who would fight for us and believe in us, they called EVERY month asking for more money. We made an agreement to pay them $200 per week and any commission we get at work (which is not guaranteed) and this was a stretch for us. They still called every chance they could to see when we were going to have more money to give them. I kept telling them that any extra money we get, we give them, but it just wasn’t enough. We are now being billed for the work they are putting in to drop us. The first attorney, Francis has an extremely off-putting personality. He actually called me to complain about another client and then billed us for that conversation. He would go on what we called “freak out rants” where he’d call to tell us the judge is an idiot, etc. Then we got moved to Tim who was supposedly cheaper and would allow us to work with the attorney’s-in-training to save some money (also NEVER happened). We always spoke to and dealt with Tim and only Tim. His assistant only seemed to be able to communicate via email and even then couldn’t answer questions. Anytime we had ANY questions, we’d have to reach out 2-3 times before getting any kind of response. This was our first experience with a lawyer & unfortunately I don’t anticipate ever hiring one again if it can be avoided. These people are money hungry. Not sure why, lawyers aren’t exactly going hungry… They failed to do the ONE thing we asked and that was to believe in us and that as long as they did that, we would pay the debt we owed them. We pleaded with them not to drop us and they sent us the notice that they were, right before we were set to go to court. So thank you James Crawford and ALL your employees for essentially robbing us of our savings and just focusing on what was obviously important to you. Not protecting an innocent child from the sexual abuse our child’s stepfather committed against her, not the rodent-infested house she was living in, but the money that you were oh-so-desperately in need of…

I needed the consult of a lawyer and did what most people do- I used Google to connect to a law group, because I have zero idea about court/court proceedings. From there I was referred to Oleg. Rather, Oleg was referred to me through said group. While he made the entire process effortless and infinitely less intimidating- he is also incredibly down to Earth and answers every question in terms the average person can understand. He truly does go above and beyond when acting as your counsel and I appreciate everything he did to assist me when I needed it most. Found Oleg to be very caring and genuinely involved with the case. When I first spoke with him he did a free consultation and instantly I knew this was the lawyer. He was compassionate and understanding and thoroughly explained everything happening and what was to come. He understands not having all the money up front and willingly works on developing a payment plan. He was willing to argue the case and got the best solution possible.
