I have never used this law firm, but my ex-wife did and they took me to the cleaners. So I am not a fan of them but they do their job excellently so I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

If you find yourself needing custody of your grandchildren or children, Mark Fischer is the attorney for you. Our situation was unique. We are grandparents that have been raising three of our grandchildren since birth. They're ages are 16, 15, and 10. Their mother (my daughter) had been in agreement and wanted this arrangement until suddenly she wanted them to move in with her and her boyfriend. The grandchildren did not want this, and neither did we. So Mark worked it out where we are joint managing conservators with my daughter and the grandchildren are still live with us. During our consultation, Margaret Tucker listened and laid out the difficult journey to an attempt at refining my custody agreement with my ex-wife. Her knowledge, passion and ability to provide calmness in a chaotic situation made it a "no brainier" in hiring her. To be clear: 1. This review has been 3 years in the making. I can't believe it has taken this long but I have to do it. They deserve it. This duo are among the most professional attorneys I have ever seen. They are compassionate, experienced and firm. With them, you never feel alone. Michelle Schmidt is a very empathetic person who is very understanding about the plight of domestic violence and different types of abuses. Her husband is a very experienced and knowledgeable attorney who knows the different facets of their practices. Their staff are also a great team of understanding people who work with their clients to get you the best results. Back in 2018 they worked on my mother's divorce and custody case. In my view, my mother's triumphant result was because of their skills as a duo of competent lawyers who care about their clients. We do not regret hiring this group.

High level review (5 star+) I worked with Michelle and her team (Vernice and Julie). I am extremely satisfied with the legal service and the entire process. I got all I want including custody as a father with a reasonable cost and time. Detailed review I have never thought about a divorce in my life. I found Lisa a year ago to assist me in getting a divorce. She was professional from the get go. I wanted a female Attorney specifically so she could understand my emotions throughout the whole experience, and help me cope when I didn’t know how to deal with certain aspects of a divorce. Her and her team were BEYOND responsive to any emails and phone calls I made. My case was a hard one and she was there throughout the whole thing. Despite the hardships, she remained professional and did everything she could to assist in getting everything I needed done. She is very knowledgeable and knows when it is appropriate to ask for more, or to stop and just do what we can for that day. It was a tough experience, but her firm made it as painless as they could. I will forever be appreciative for all she has done for me! Recommend her 10/10

My experience with Lisa began October of last year with filing for divorce. She is very professional, knowledgeable, supportive and personable. I was kept well informed of all pertinent court dates. All the issues and different situations that arose throughout my divorce were always addressed with care as well. It took almost a year to have my divorce finalized due to various circumstances, but Lisa did everything necessary on my behalf to get us there. I would certainly retain Lisa for legal representation in the future if ever needed.

If I could I wouldn't leave a star, I didn't even get to speak to a lawyer the customer service is horrible the phone was answered by a simple "hello" no law firm name no how can I help you, I asked to speak to a lawyer and she said that no one is in the office and when I asked her when can I talk to one she says I don't know when they will be in, she didn't ask for my name, a number they can call back on. After an awkward moment of silence of my waiting for her to ask for my details or for her to speak I hanged up! This is not a law firm because a professional business will at least hire someone with good customer service. Update: Please see response of the owner just to see the professionalism, take ownership for the mistake of your staff, this is not a connection issue as I was calling from the United States and your assumption that I am calling from Russia is just off putting and just weird to even assume that from a written review (FYI I am Canadian in case you want to make another assumption) I did find a good law firm with staff that knew how to answer the phone, announce the law firm's name when answering the phone and actually take my information for a callback.
