Atty Ms. Flores was very knowledgeable and understanding of the laws in Texas. She had no problem answering every question I put before her. I am older and have health issues and she had a narrative that she followed which led me astray slightly but we got on track eventually and the point was made with help by my son who also attended the zoom meeting. The 4 was given because the meeting was costly whereas I could have gotten a meeting for free elsewhere. Hence, though, my point.. you pay for the best!

Stay away! Such a rip off! My sister went to them for a divorce.. $8k later, all They did was say they couldn't help her!! Also, beware of paperwork. They try to make you sign a contract saying you won't leave a bad review, hence the lack of honest reviews here!

I searched for over a year for a divorce attorney that I felt comfortable enough to take my case and who's retainer was not $8000! I felt at ease instantly the moment I spoke with Jennifer at our first consultation. I expressed every concern I had and Jennifer listened patiently to every word and concern to help me come up with a game plan. It is evident through my experience of working with Jennifer that she has genuine compassion and concern for her clients and is not driven by a dollar bill. She was strategic in putting together the initial documents to serve my ex- husband to help mitigate any initial volatility that I was expecting on his end once served. Jennifer was a true advocate of trying to handle things through mediation as best as possible so we could avoid an expensive trial. Much to my surprise, my ex and I were able to come up with an agreement and our divorce was settled in about 4 months without a trial! From start to finish, Jennifer and her staff were prompt in communication and they were all extremely pleasant to work with! Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Jennifer and her team did an amazing job on protecting my assets and interests. There is nothing easy about going through a Divorce especially with everything you have to consider and the documents you have to prepare for the courts. My case has been a complete and total nightmare. The only thing which has made the last year of my life bearable is the diligent and dedicated work of this firm, specifically, Lisa, Kay and Jessica. My divorce is still on going and I have not been able to see my children in over a year, as their mother took them and fled to California. These wonderful women have communicated and cooperated with my California council to ensure I am getting the best representation both in Texas and California. Kay calls on the weekends to check to see if I have heard from my kids. Jessica is always available when I have questions. Lisa has been a staunch representative of both my rights and the rights of my children. I cannot say how thankful I am for the effort and consideration provided me by this firm. I would hate to see anyone go through what I have, but if they do, I would tell them there is no one who can take better care of them than Lisa, Kay, and Jessica.

From the first day we spoke with Lisa Vance and her office we have felt like we were going to be well taken care of. Lisa is a great listener, she is compassionate, and she is assertive. She has many years of experience in family law and her dedication to thoroughly advocating for her clients is comforting. She has the strong support of her staff and many colleagues to collaborate with in all areas. Any and all questions are answered in a timely fashion. We know that when we step into court with Lisa at our side we are in good hands and we can count on her protection. Update: 07/20/2021. Nine months later, and close to $50,000 less in our life savings, nothing changed. A recommended friend that Lisa Vance strongly encouraged the to court use , Dr Dina Trevino, totally fell short of her time and visits on our behalf and wrote a horrible report against us and greatly encouraged others to do the same once her report came out. Up until that point we were “excellent” Caregivers for our grandchildren. No, we are not angry and bitter, just feel you should know the truth as we experienced it. Even Lisa Vance herself turned on us in the end with ugly words stating we would not be a part of our grandchildren’s life if we did not continue to keep her on and fight the endless ugly battle. It’s so horribly ugly in the courts, if you are looking for an Attorney, best of luck to you. The court system is severely broken. May God Bless our children, May He protect those that cannot protect themselves.

We retained Wilson Brown PLLC for a step-parent adoption case where the other party(biological father) resided in another state . When we first spoke to Eric he felt confident in our case. Called explained my case. Open and shut with breach of contract by lease agreement. Lady who i was speaking was completely negative saying we don't take cases like this can't help you. Must pay 750, and not sure if we can recover it in judgment. Completely negative. Wouldn't want them representing me in court.

James Meyrat was very professional and courteous handling a family matter for me. My wife’s attorney pulled the wool over my eyes and talked me in to signing a document I didn’t fully understand. James was able to file an appeal and have the document reversed on my behalf. I highly recommend his services to anyone going through separation or divorce. Hire an attorney before hand. Don’t sign anything you don’t fully understand!

James was so helpful and generous with his time. Honestly this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Truly after one thing money. When I called initially I was told one price which I get it fluctuates but to receive an extra $1,600 bill on top with not even a hey your divorce has been completed. This process has been going on since 12/2/20 I still don’t even get a response weather my divorce has been finalized. Upon the receipt of the bill I was told to contact before a certain day which I did. Multiple emails and calls to the office I just get a “they will call you back”. I don’t know what to do anymore , or how else to reach someone there. I understand that my case isn’t important but I mean Im still paying for a service with no status. Alex Salazar is a good guy but honestly communication is really bad, seems like my case gets pushed to the side and worked on when it’s convenient to them. His paralegal Stacy completely horrible at communicating. Will not return emails nor phone calls. I know nobody will look at this but I just want to share my experience. Hopefully this could help others.

I just went through a very difficult and lengthy legal battle and very very fortunate to have Alex Salazar and his assistant Stacy from the Benke Law firm as my Legal team. Alex inherited my account from another attorney, but jumped right in, was very patient with me and financially very fair with me taking the time to learn my case. It has been a lengthy case but he was stellar and helping resolve most of it out of court and minimize the time in front of a judge, and saved me a lot of time in quite a bit of money!
