Very upset I had high hopes as I was recommended this lawyer by one of his family members. I called and scheduled an appointment I drove 45 minutes and called because I was having trouble finding the office. The receptionist asks my name and says she doesn’t have me down for an appointment I was confused cause I had just made the appointment a week prior. Her response was I called and you didn’t answer so I filled the spot with someone else, I did not receive a call from her or a text. So I just drove 45 minutes for nothing and I get to drive 45 min back with no answers to my legal questions or a lawyer.

This review is for Sean Chaudhuri He has been a great attorney. Divorce is hard enough on a family and the most important thing to me is feeling like I have someone fighting for me and my children. Someone who makes me feel like they genuinely care about how our future turns out and is knowledgeable and prepared to represent us and achieve the best outcome. He is a great communicator and always available when I need to talk as well as being very well organized and prepared. He has done a great job and I would recommend him to anyone entering into a divorce.

When my twin brother was diagnosed with Parkinson's, his wife of 37 years found a boyfriend and decided to file for divorce. He was devoted to his marriage, his children and his faith. Melissa Caballero is the attorney to hire for your divorce / custody case. My case was very high conflict and started with an emergency. Melissa and Jonathan swiftly returned my child to me and exposed the false narrative my ex tried to create within days of taking on the case, so we could start working toward long-term resolution. Their quick thinking and action in the beginning set the tone for the whole case. Despite the constant efforts by my ex to frustrate the process, Melissa stayed focused on the facts - this is why you pay for good representation - Melissa could easily filter out all the distractions and threats while protecting our child, and me. I am SO happy I found them early on...I don't think I would have the positive outcome I have now if I didn't. Melissa was on top of everything, and could easily pivot our strategy when needed. She is very established and is respected throughout the family court system, and that goes a very long way. Melissa understands the law inside and out, and it was clear early on that following her advice was the way to go. I engaged this attorney to represent me in a post-divorce case. I found this attorney to be less than professional when it came to billing matters. I will give few examples here He has another attorney - John who helps in drafting petitions. My petition moved around between these attorneys and each time I was billed twice given the agreement that I would be billed based on the “time spent”. As a result, for a simple initial petition, I ended up paying twice as much and the initial costs to file petition itself ran in to thousands. He has an assistant who prepares files for court appearances and submits petitions. She billed me for the time spent on “file preparation for the court date”. When William would write me a letter regarding the updates after court appearances, instead of emailing me, he would use his stationary - letter head. His assistant would then write her own elaborate email and forward me William's letter as a pdf attachment. For these simple administrative tasks (submitting petitions/memorandum to the court, forwarding William’s updates), she billed me at $250/Hr which is just as much as regular attorney rates in Chicago. He also drafted needless petitions without consulting me and billed me for the same. They were never used in the litigation. For the pretrial, his co-attorney wrote the memorandum and then he reviewed it, again did final review and then again spent time on it in preparation for pre-trial. The only point I am able to provide to his credit is that he filed petitions timely and was present on court dates. But I would have expected this from any professional lawyer. There are some reputable lawyers on the Clark street and in my opinion, this particular firm is not among them.

I have been in business for almost 40 years and have used many lawyers over those years. Mr. Daudell is a real "pit-bull." I have seen him argue against 3 lawyers vs. him and he did GREAT! Even the judge commended him on his knowledge of the law. He is a FIGHTER and very fair on his fees. I highly recommend him for all legal issues. He has no ego and if needed will reach out to others should the need occur.

I retained Marc as my divorce attorney in mid July 2015 after already going through 2 other divorce attorneys! I was getting nowhere with the prior attorneys and my divorce was dragging on and on for almost a year and a half (it was a relatively simple divorce). We were getting close to my trial date and I felt my attorney at that time would not have my divorce resolved prior to the trial date and I would end up in court which I did not want to do! After giving it much thought, I decided to start looking for yet another attorney…ugh! I met with Marc one afternoon and he really set my mind at ease. He reviewed my case and assured me he could help resolve my divorce quickly without a doubt. He was always very professional and treated me like a real person and not just another case he was working on. He was always willing to answer any questions I had and explained things to me clearly and never confused me with all the legal stuff. Marc is wonderful about returning emails and phone calls. I don’t think I ever had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from him. He was always available when I needed him and always offered great advice! Marc and his team worked quickly on my case and got my divorce settled without having to go to trial and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a great divorce attorney that will be there for you and treat you like you deserve to be treated, hire Marc Bangser….you won’t be disappointed!

I came to Marc for a second opinion on a matter my current lawyer and I were working on and from that moment I knew he would be my lawyer moving forward. I explained the situation to him and he told me point blank that I should not of filed the petition that I did at this time and that had this issue had been addressed in my original decree that I would not be in this situation. Since the petition had been filed we had to move forward. Marc laid out the facts, options and especially the cost benefit analysis. Which was monumental for me as a single mom. Marc always had my best interest in mind. He fought for me, was patient and kept me focused when things got nasty. He was always prompt, efficient and at no point was any "I" not dotted or "T" not crossed. He has a great attention to detail and truly takes pride in all he does. In the end Marc was able to get me more than I was looking for and was able to solidify things that had not been in my original decree. If you are looking for a lawyer who is truly invested in his clients well being, who is truly working for you, an investigative lawyer who will work through the night to make sure your case is solid, a man who is beyond professional in all he does and is not only respectful of your situation but is empathetic and sympathetic as well, then Marc is the right lawyer for you!!!

From the initial consultation to our first court appearance Brad showed great knowledge and demonstrated his experience. Brad was able to help me gain temporary custody of my son during a turbulent time in my life. His team is fast and available for any questions I had. Brad would also call just to check in and see how I was doing which I think is a great show of compassion and professionalism on his part. Overall I am very satisfied in retaining Brad.

Divorce is a challenging thing, period. When you make the decision to move forward, tell a few people, everyone has opinions which contradict the other. Searching the internet leads to a significant amount of opinions, war stories with horrible outcomes, etc…. I was referred to Marc and Brad from a close friend going through a very challenging divorce. I actually spoke with Marc a number of times covering a period of nearly three years. Not once was Marc pushy, he always listened, and his goal was my and my children’s happiness WITH the kids being his first priority. These guys know what they’re doing and are also very good at managing your expectations. The outcome they’re striving for is: speed, accuracy, keeping tensions calm, and walking away with everyone feeling as good as they can. While I hope to never go through the process again, if I do, Marc will be my guy.

As time went on I found it very difficult to get a hold of Mr. Bradford in a timely way, even as some conflicts with my ex required a timely response. When my case eventually came to its climactic appearance before the court Mr. Bradford handled himself very poorly before the judge, to the extent that the judge became very angry at Mr. Bradford and ordered him to sit down in the spectator's area and remain silent. I was left to speak for myself as my case was settled. Mr. Bradford then asked me not to mention what had happened to anyone.

It appeared Mitchell Gordon and his team were very thorough and helpful when taking on my case which had been delayed in pre-trial court for 2 plus previous years. I thought I had found a good, ethical representative for me, but when the time came to 'negotiate' with the trial judge and the ex's unscrupulous attorney, the monies I was told I would be getting paid back to me, for example: monthly support from my ex, court ordered to me during the divorce in which he refused to pay, $40K the ex deceivingly took out of one of our joint accouts which I had pointed out to Mitchell and ask him to go after (in which he said he would), but did not, $70K the ex had accused me of stealing and told I had to pay him back, in which I had provided evidence to the contrary numerous times and was told I was cleared of, plus other items totaling ~$300K, Mitchell Gordon let my ex walk away with. I was yelled at, threatened, gas-lighted and told if I didn't pay the ex these monies, I would be forced to go to trial. All that this attorney wanted to do was end the divorce proceedings quickly no matter what it cost me. Do not believe any attorney who tells you they will make sure you get the funds owed you 'at the end' of the divorce. It Never happens. After a 30 plus year marriage as a stay at home mom of 3, my disabled son and I have had to now figure out how we will live on much less than we were promised and suppose to have received, but never will. In addition, at one point I was told by this attorney that he did not need my business, because I was not receiving very much in the settlement anyway and he had many other wealthier clients. This did not seem to matter though when I asked him to forgive $10K of my very large last invoice, but he refused. I ended up paying this attorney over $64K to finalize a divorce where I ended up losing ~$300K to my ex which belonged to me and my son. Beware.

I can't control whether or not my client's ex spouses write reviews on Google under fake names, but that has happened here. I have contacted Google and they will not remove the reviews made people's fake identities (Tom Son). I appreciate my actual client's that gave me a fair and thought out review.

Candace, was a dream come true as an attorney. She was sympathetic, and knowledgeable. She was extremely professional dealing with an emotionally abusive ex husband, who tried to control and take over the divorce proceedings. She constantly checked in with me, made me feels supported listened to me about what my goals and concerns were during the divorce, and responded quickly, regarding any issue. Thanks to her, we got through a very difficult situation quickly and she made sure my needs were not run over but respected the entire time. If you can have a good experience during a divorce, she was my absolute light in a very dark tunnel.

I highly recommend Scott! I started the divorce process with another attorney. A few months in and the process wasn’t going anywhere. Scott was highly recommended to me. I am so appreciative that Scott Tzinberg was recommended to me when I needed to return to court to compel my ex-husband to hold up his end of our agreements. Scott understood the outcomes that I wanted and employed a strategy that achieved those goals. His memory is impressive, as I gave him a myriad of details about my case, I never had to tell him something twice. In fact, he reminded me of things I had forgotten. He was well prepared and argued my case very effectively in court. Even when he went into the judge's chambers, I always felt completely informed. In discussions with opposing counsel, I felt he kept my best interests in mind (which has not been my experience with other lawyers). I also felt Scott was a good steward of my funds.
