I was very pleased with the parenting plan that was presented to the judge. I felt that we were very prepared for trial, despite it being a scary and emotional time during my child custody case. Mike was very knowledgeable of the law and went above and beyond when there was evidence (a recording) and he was able to find that statutes in which it applied to my case. I also felt that he presented himself very professionally and had a good rapport with the judges. He would reassure me during the times in which my ex would cause me a lot of grief. I am forever grateful for Mike and Alicia.

Really bad experience. And total waste of money. Talked to the actual lawyer maybe one time. Was quick to take my money but took months to file a order or even serve the defendant papers to appear in court. Asked for money back and did not receive a reply. Terrible service.

Mollie was incredible to work with. I hired her as my divorce attorney based on recommendations from people I grew up with attesting to what a great person she was all around. I couldn’t agree with them more! She was kind and patient with me throughout the process, and I felt like she really listened to me and empathized with what I was going through. She was clear from the beginning with the cost of services, and was extremely understanding with my need to keep costs lower. From early on it was evident my divorce would be quick, and low cost. However, I always felt like I was a priority to Mollie. She was very timely in her communications and drafting of all the paperwork. I never once felt like I had to “push” her along to get answers. Divorce is not an easy process, but Mollie definitely made it significantly easier, and I will forever be thankful for that.

Without question, hiring the Peskind Law Firm to represent me, was the BEST DECISION, I ever made. From the initial consultation, to the end result, they were nothing short of professional. Kevin Thomas did an excellent job representing me in my divorce. I interviewed 2 other lawyers before deciding to hire him and I'm glad I did. He was very knowledgeable on divorce law and gave me good legal advice throughout my divorce. He was also very prompt at returning any questions or concerns I had, usually within a day (which was much appreciated). Mr. Thomas was very professional but also easy to talk to and would inject humor from time to time into the conversation (which I was grateful for as divorce is a very emotionally and financially difficult time). He can handle whatever situations arise during your divorce as well. Overall, I was very happy with my divorce settlement and would hire him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend him!

Terrible! He should be fired. The man said one thing and wrote something completely different on the mediation report. When i called to ask if he could explain why he wrote something different he spoke back in a rude tone said he never heard anything come out of my mouth except that i didn't agree to anything. Which was a lie when both parties did agree on parenting time. The man is delusional, unprofessional, and rude. Never go to that place. All he cared about was the money. He doesn't care to resolve anything.

David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of my daughter's case. My daughter received a speeding ticket and he was able to get the offense reduced which was not expected. David was very responsive to text messages, emails and phone calls, most of the time responding within minutes. He presents himself professionally and respectfully. All our court appearances were via zoom (during pandemic) and unlike many others he was always in a suit and treated the judge with the upmost respect. I had talked to 3 different lawyers before choosing David. While he was not the "cheapest", he did offer a flat fee which turned out to be the most cost effective in the end. David was most realistic and wasn't making over confident assumptions on what he could accomplish, he was hopeful but realistic. Gave best and worst scenarios that ended up completely accurate. We were offered the best case scenario, but were prepared for the worst. He did an excellent job representing my daughter (who is a minor) to the judge. David was always a joy to talk to throughout the process. I highly recommend him as an attorney.

Jaimie provided outstanding representation, an extreme breadth of expertise and unmatched professionalism in representing me in my house closing. Our closing was incredibly complex: Complications included negotiating to avoid a short sale, large acreage with verbal 30+ year land leases for farming to be concluded with closing, a shared driveway that was to be removed with closing, escrow, buyer and seller power of attorney at closing and most impressively covid-delayed closing services like septic/well inspections and the land survey. While the survey was still in flight, Jaime was able to get us closed and moved into our home, staying with us to navigate the title insurance and escrow complications 2 months after we moved in and signed on the loan when the survey was complete. It's important to point out that each of these complications took place with different parties which Jaime seamlessly navigated on my behalf. Jamie provided by far the most impressive and comprehensive legal representation, expertise and case management I've ever seen. I've had the pleasure of having Axel represent me with a judgement for the past 3-4 years. His expertise has saved me 10's of thousands of dollars. In addition to that, his attention to my case was and still is amazing to me. There were times that Axel and I wouldn't speak for a year or more but every time I picked up the phone to call / text him, he would pick up right where we left off without skipping a beat.
