Ms. Mojaddidi and her staff are top notch professionals.  They are personable, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, highly competent and effective.  They go above and beyond and I trust them wholeheartedly. Ms. Mojaddidi does a phenomenal job at trial.  It is obvious she is passionate about not only justice for her clients but what is best for the children. If I could give 10 out of 10 stars, I would.

Even when it was clear that certain laws are archaic and unfair, she did her best to mitigate their effects and make things as fair as possible. She always referred to all of us by name (and not just "my client" or "her attorney/counsel") which spoke volumes to me-we were human beings with real feelings that needed not just legal, but emotional support as well. She obviously cared as much or more about the individuals involved as the legal aspects of the case. She was professional when required and human when necessary. The ability to do that is invaluable. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Tanya except that I will be forever indebted to them for their hard work regarding my case. I have had an incredibly long and difficult custody battle and had pretty much given up hope that the family law judicial system would ever take into account the emotional well being of my daughter. However, with Mark's vast knowledge of the system and the law I came away with a contentment I never thought possible. Christian Schank & Associates represented me during a very hard time in my life. I called for a consultation, and a salesman took my call. I asked for advice and to speak with attorney. $3,000 was my answer. I called later with $3,000 on hand, but was told... my "consultant" wasn't there so I couldn't speak to anyone until he came in hours later. I told them any reputable attorneys office could make me an appointment. The reply was... "sir there is a protocal in place, give me your number and your consultant will contact you". I hung up...I don't need a commission based salesman to close the deal. A reputable law office will make my appointment regardless of who answers the phone.

I have had a great experience with this office. Kim Ma was an attorney I hired for my custody case and she was great. Originally when I scheduled a consultation, she listened to my concerns and overall situation and she honestly told me I did not have a case. I think that speaks volume of her integrity and professionalism. Too many attorneys out there are just after your money and will promise you an outcome that won’t be attained. Eventually my situation progressed and she assisted me with my case. I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone who is looking for an honest professional. Of course my hopes are to never need their services again but in case I do, I will be coming back! Thank you again.

I have had to work with several attorneys over the last 2 years and I am absolutely blown away by Kim Ma. I believe she is absolutely an answer to prayer! We went through many of the scenarios imaginable with family court and yet Kim’s knowledge, expertise and professionalism was absolutely top notch the entire way through. Kim is wonderfully available and balances all her clients in a positive manner. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I absolutely can say without a hint of doubt that Kim brings honor to the legal system. She brings calm to a stressful situation and she truly pursues what is best for her clients. Kim works diligently to ensure she is being reasonable, honest, responsive and the best attorney she can for her clients. While I hope to rarely need an attorney, I pray her services are the only attorney I will be utilizing henceforth. I also want to add that it is amazing how well respected she is in the court room- the judges as well as court staff and other attorneys obviously think very highly of her. This again shows her respect and professionalism while still fighting for her clients best interests. She is truly very honorable and reliable. We are very pleased with Sarah Orr. She guided us through a very difficult guardianship issue for our grandsons. The issue took more than a year to unfold. She was there, on time, fully informed, and very friendly yet professional. Sarah helped us see the most important underlying issues, and she told us clearly when she thought we were off base or had unrealistic expectations. My ex-husband found her online to serve as a mediator for our divorce. I wish we had gone with another attorney. Not only was she horrible as an attorney but she's unreliable and very openly rude. She told my husband at the time that I was out to get every penny I could out of my husband and she said this while I was present. She also kept telling us that she would have certain things ready by a certain date but never followed through on it. We ended up firing her half way through our meditation process because she said she didn't know when things were going to get done. This is the person who initially said she had a lot of time to handle our case right away but once we paid her a retainer, all of a sudden, she got super busy and always had to go to court. So, I ended up picking up from where she left off and finishing it myself. One of the worst attorneys I have ever dealt with.

I called them during COVID 19 since I was exploring the divorce and wanted to check the best option. I did talk to them and expressed them I would try get it accomplished best way. Somehow they said they won't process my case... They should consider difference in in-person and phone communication...

I’m so disappointed as I expected much from an attorney than he is able to provide. His paralegal really pushed for him and reassured me Brian has the capability to handle my case - unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

I found Evan Samuelson to be a kind, honest and extremely intelligent man. His knowledge of family law is exceptional. His use of logic and reason in applying family law to my case was exceptional. He never overpromised, never charged unnecessary fees, explained both sides to me clearly and always told me the truth. At all times during the legal process I felt I was in competent hands. Would I use him again? Absolutely 100%. In fact, he doesn’t know this yet, (he’ll read it in this review) I plan on using him for all my legal needs from now on. I first employed Evan over 10 years ago during a custody battle with my son's mother. My son was 14 years old at the time, and the court was more than willing to allow him to go live with his mother because they considered him old enough to decide. My son's mother had trouble with addiction for years, but the court refused to acknowledge that little tidbit. It was an impossible case and Evan was very forthright and honest about our chances. However, he was very willing to fight for us and we devised a strategy together that was both brilliant and effective. My son's mother was luring him away by spoiling him with gifts and fun activities with money she inherited. We decided to fight a battle of attrition with the expectation that she would eventually run out of money with her free spending. It worked! It was an impossible case that we won by unconventional, but ultimately successful, means. I am now about to embark on another custody battle which may be even more impossible than the first, and my only choice to represent me in this case is Evan Samuelson.

Mr. Samuelson was fantastic! He was honest, upfront, and fought for what is right. He knows his job and he knows it well. He is a no nonsense lawyer who is a quick thinker and really fights for you. He helped my husband with a modification of his visitation with his daughter and we got more than we even asked for and we owe it all to Evan. He really went after what was best for his daughter and after having horrible experiences in the past, we never thought we would win. We are continuing to utilize his services for modification of support and have no doubt that fairness will prevail. He gets the job done. I would recommend Evan Sameulson 1000 times over!

I contacted Mr. Samuelson for what should of been a easy open and close case. I however threw a monkey wrench midway through the case by requesting a move away with my children from CA to the Chicago area. After a year and a half of hearings, mediations and finally trial we were granted permission to move. During trial Evan was not only knowledgeable about case law, he was calm and reassuring during the process. I felt at ease knowing he was on my side and fighting to reunite my family. I am forever grateful to have had Evan Samuelson as my attorney.

Melissa Cianci is my attorney and I could not begin to say how grateful I am to have found her to represent me in both of my family law cases. I have been battling in court for years and had very few if any substantial victories to speak of until I found Melissa. She has worked so hard for me and has gotten me more victories in court when it comes to visitation with my daughters than I ever had before. I was lucky enough to find Melissa for my husband's family law cases. I searched through a lot of attorneys before I found her and I could not be more thankful that I did. Melissa is so very talented and has worked so hard for my husband to make sure that we get to have all of our daughters together as a family, despite the obstacles of visitation. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! My partner used them paid so much money, and was told they would file a motion to respond and they withdrew from the case on the day he was served.. Very similar handling as Terri.. I am not a client my partner is... Unethical behavior I heard Melissa arguing with my partner on the phone he could not get a word in..If I could give 0stars I would!! They are limited scope and can’t help with all custody needs!! To your response, I never said I was a client.. It’s funny now that I’m leaving you the review you deserve, you are now taking this seriously.. The issue is that you are unprofessional. Making statements to help and not following through. I was a witness to the argumentative conversation you had with your former client , my partner.. I heard you ask him why he didn’t ask legal questions to his lawyer.. He hired you to explain legal issues and explain legal verbiage which you should have done a better job with.. Instead you took advantage of someone who needed your help.. You will be reported.. There is proof that your office said they would take action and they did not..

Extremely unprofessional company. I contacted Melissa Cianci, who is the owner managing partner at this establishment. I wanted to discuss what transpired a couple days ago with one her attorney’s that represented me. Right from the start, she got very defensive that I told her that I felt misrepresented from my attorney and her firm. She said that it’s my responsibility to inform her attorneys on matters not the other way around. Just really look out for this firm because they won’t give you any indication what’s going on. Make sure you keep all documentation and emails too, that way you have legal proof that demonstrates your actions are in good human conscience. Ethics and professionalism go a long way in Attorney and client contracts and customer service.
