I had the greatest experience with Kristine going through a hard time in my divorce. Kristine was our lawyer for a couple years. She started out great, answering all of our questions, returning calls and emails. Then it went downhill once we started going to court, we got a horrible custody deal. She did not explain the order well enough to us, she never answers emails and only return calls when shes driving home from work and doesn't have our file in front of her to answer any questions yet still charged the same as if we were in her office for an appointment. A custody order is not something that can be taken lightly and has to be followed. When i email my lawyer with a concern or question regarding my order I expect my lawyer to respond within a day, not weeks. Nice lady, but always seems to busy to do her job. A perfect example is I emailed her 2/20/2020, and 2 times in March, I am still waiting for a response.

It was a pleasure working with Mr Lawrence with my custody case. He was very professional,direct and upfront about everything. He always answered any and every question in a timely fashion. He was able to get the job done with everything I requested. I'm so happy and feel so comfortable and at peace with my court results. As in all divorces, we all face the emotional drains of the process and the unrealistic demands of our soon to be ex-spouses. I was referred to Mark by a close friend, and was the best advice I ever received. After he heard my story (I was also recovering from a surgery for 6 weeks during this), he laid out the ground work for the next steps and provided me ample information as to how NYS Law looks into these divorce cases. He is honest in setting appropriate expectations, very responsive to his clients concerns and questions. During frustrating portions of the legal proceedings (my ex was very unreasonable on what she wanted), Mark helped me remain centered and focused on the larger goal for me, and together we succeeded. Mark's professionalism and diligence to his clients (along with his peers) stands out to me as one of the best and have no issues referring anyone to him in the future. On a personal note, outside the standard "attorney/client relationship, he is a good man to have a conversation with and I'll never be able to thank him enough for everything he has done for me. The law firm of Wesley Clark & Peshkin helped me successfully end my marriage of 30+ years. I am satisfied with the settlement I received. Kevin Clark was my lawyer and he did an excellent job negotiating through the difficult process and reaching the settlement best for me. It was a bumpy road to reach the end. Debbie Blackmon is Kevin’s paralegal. She also did an excellent job. She was always pleasant and thorough answering my emails in a timely manner. Kristen Swain is the financial person, she works in billing and helped me set up a payment plan to pay a reasonable portion of my bill every month. I paid the total bill once a settlement was reached and deposited into my bank account. They worked together with me to legally end my marriage and have financial independence to start over. I am glad I chose Wesley Clark & Peshkin to represent me in my divorce.

I hired Mr. Bombardo after researching attorneys very carefully. My husband is a powerful man with connections everywhere, and I needed someone who would not be intimidated and that I could trust to fight for me. Retaining Mr. Bombardo was one of the best decisions I ever made! He took the time to talk to me about all the issues in my case and all my fears and concerns. He answered every question I had. He fought hard for me from day one and even took my call late in the evening once when I had an emergency. He always return my calls promptly. My husband‘s attorney was very aggressive and tried to intimidate me into settling on my husband’s terms. Richard reassured me that his position was unreasonable and that it was a fight I should win. Richard went toe to toe with him and my husband’s strategy backfired. After two days of trial, he was forced to settle. I got a very favorable settlement, and I am eternally grateful for Richard’s representation and guidance through this most difficult of times.

If you are looking for a divorce lawyer- do not use Richard Bombardo! There are countless reasons why not to use him. He quoted me two prices for uncontested and contested divorce. My ex and I walked in, signed papers with one small conversation lasting approximately 1 minute while in the office- he charged me for a contested saying we didn’t have things worked out prior, which I believe was $500 more. He then did not answer his phone when our papers should have been ready to sign- he left town for a few weeks and by the time he came back to town my ex wanted everything back that he had originally agreed to. I lost the house and a lot of money. He did not encourage me to go for any alimony even though my ex made 4 times as much as me. Then Richard sent me nasty messages acting as if he were the victim. I walked away from a seven year marriage to a narcissist only to google this guy and get treated like garbage even further. I would not recommend using him as a lawyer at all unless you want to get taken advantage of and walk away with nothing from your marriage and less money in your pocket from this lawyer.

I was immediately connected to Charles. He was friendly and Very knowledgeable. He gave me almost an hour of FREE legal advice. He charges 300 dollars an hour and his retainer is 2500. The only reason my review is 4 stars is because the retainer is kept even if he only does 2 hours of work for you (=600 dollars) instead of reimbursement of funds not utilized on your case
