I used Tim Hendrix and was very pleased with his work ethic and dedication to my case. I would definitely recommend him and use him again. Calling his performance below standard would be an overstatement! If I had the opportunity to give him a negative number on the stars, I would. He represented my husband on his divorce and what it seem a simple divorce case took over 9 months. 1. The MyCase app sounded wonderful until you send him a message and he doesn't respond for days. And then, when you send him a text, he will charge you for every single text message and message on the app. So we got charged twice for the same question, the one on the app and the one on the text message. 2. The wrong case file was uploaded to the MyCase app so, If your name is Teresa Ward, we know all about your case and your petition for child support! I always wondered who read our information. 3. He gave no advice as to what to ask or do in situations. He maintained a state of "stillness" or "no action" approach to the point that the court was going to dismiss the case for no activity, which he hid from us until the last minute. 4. At one point I had to ask if he had a problem representing a Hispanic person because of his state of inactivity and I thought that maybe it was something rooted deeper within him that wouldn't allow him to actually do something on my husband's behalf. He denied it of course. 5. I was surprised by his below standard performance because I had read such good reviews here but then I found out why. If you write a bad review he would actually ask you to take it down like he asked me when half way through the case I was fed up with his performance and needed him to take action. He actually asked me to take down my previous review and I did. I'm thinking that's why he only has good reviews. After all those months of inactivity, finally my husband agreed to whatever so we could have an end to this nightmare. And I'm glad he did because he got over charged 2,000 for Mr. Hendrix doing absolutely nothing. Mr. Hendrix didn't even know where to go to take the parenting class!! He told my husband to call the courthouse to find out. Unbelievable! Beyond substandard performance. Do not hire him. You will regret it.

I was appointed a lawyer who wasn't getting the job done, made an appointment to speak to Tim and felt as if he actually listened and gave me a good view of point on the situation. I hired him to help navigate me through CPS waters. He builds a good client lawyer relationship, answers all questions, and is very straight to the point. I would highly suggest Tim for all court issues, whether it be family or otherwise.

Worse lawyer. I paid her $1000 to help my husband with his child support and she passed his case to another lawyers who put my husband in a whole with $30,000 because the mother of his kids lied about her saying she paid child care until her kids were 15 years old when they never went to child care. The lawyer didn't do anything to help my husband.

Adam Stotts is a cut above and beyond any other divorce attorney in the area. He’s extremely smart, calm, professional and very personable. Mr. Stotts represented my husband and I during my foster sons adoption process. It was a long process and we retained him early in the on and he was very responsive and professional throughout the duration. His representation was very appropriate when dealing with outside agencies involved in our case. The fees associated with the work that was required of Mr. Stotts were very fair. An adoption process can be quite lengthy process and anything required on our behalf by Mr. Stotts was always timely and proficient. He assured that there were no hold ups on his end.

I was extremely happy with the representation I received from Greta in my revisitation of my shared parenting agreement. Greta was able to get my 50/50 shared parenting rearranged to suit my new work schedule, get my child support lowered, and most importantly pull in the reigns on my combative ex-wife. Sent documents 3 months ago, was told by Mr. Massey he would review the and get back to me before charging anything. Ok I can respect that. Had Been trying to get in contact with Mr. Massey over the 3 months to no avail. Finally got a phone meeting with him, I missed it due to work not trying to justify the fact. Called back 10 mins after the missed call and was told he had already left go the day. Hmm ok seems odd but whatever, asked my wife to contact them since she is able to with her job and schedule. They kept changing appointment days and times, and then decides to call at 9pm unannounced while we are asleep. Have been in back and forth emails with my wife now stating they have contacted me several times and I don’t answer... I have been contacted once, tried to return the call with no success. Then you state i have no paid a retainer, from our first conversation 3ish months ago you stated and I quote “I will look over your files, and see if this is something I can help you with before I take any money from you.” Then when people reach out to you, your firm and you lie and gripe about money. Thank god we did not select you as a lawyer. Can’t even stand by your word as a man unless there is something filling your pockets. To be expected of a lawyer I suppose.

i don’t know where to begin but kevin moser simply shows no care, interest, empathy, or respect in the least. he was completely unsympathetic to my situation. when i attempted to tell him my story he told me he doesn’t want to hear any “conspiracy theories” as if he knows my own life better than me. i could not even give him any background details as he cut me off every time i tried. he’s full of lies and every time i did speak with him his story would change completely. i had even set up appointments with him and when they arrived i was told there was no record of it. after our phone conversations ended he had only made me feel worse than what i had before. also it’s nearly impossible to even get a hold of the man. he must not check his voicemail because i’d leave him messages and wouldn’t receive a call back. and when he would tell me he’d call me with an update he wouldn’t. i could tell he was not working for me but instead working against me. it is very sad that people like him are incapable of giving their clients what they deserve. i advise everyone: do NOT allow this man to represent you! once again little kevin moser cannot do his job and at least provide clients for what they ask for. before i hired a new private lawyer he told me he would send me documentation on my case that we could go over together over the phone since his office is over 2 hours from my home and of course he couldn’t do that. “liar liar pants of fire ????” he also complained about my initial google review of him, ha. it’s called freedom of speech, kevin. don’t expect a good review when you treat people the way you do.

Im currently using him as my divorce lawyer. It is near impossible to get a hold of him. I have left several voicemails just asking for an update on where my divorce stands. It is a simple uncontested divorce with my ex. It is going on 3 weeks now that I have heard from him last when he promised me.he woild call me with an update. I tried being nice and give the benefit of the doubt but 3 weeks is pretty ridiculous. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication.
