Kind caring and compassionate... As a father dealing with divorce the court system sometimes doesn’t work out in the males favor even with all things being equal... Margaret’s tenacity and representation of my interests as a father helped my case tremendously and removed some of the obstacles and pettiness that seems to go hand in hand with custody cases. Greatly satisfied and will continue to recommend her services to both Mothers and Fathers looking for some light in an otherwise dark and arduous situation.

This review is solely for the administrative staff, specifically Katie who was one of the most unorganized people I've met. This review is not for Heather or any of the attorneys since unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to even speak with them due to Katie's inability to coordinate a simple meeting. If I could give this a zero, I would. To summarize: 1. I called a week earlier to schedule an appointment for 2/2 at 4:30pm and Katie sent the invite same day, versus a week earlier 2. She sent it for the wrong time, for 4pm instead of 4:30pm. When asked why this happened she said because of the snowstorm, they were doing a lot of shuffles. Shuffles doesn't mean you cancel current client appointments for ones that are being shuffled, or at the very least, without asking if it's okay or telling them. 3. We rescheduled for 1:30pm same day, but she booked an appointment for 1pm (despite clearly confirming 1:30pm in the email exchange) 4. Katie emails to sign on to the meeting at 1:13pm but obviously I thought it was 1:30pm (as we agreed to) so missed Heather 5. We coordinated later that day because I needed to proactively call the office for a Friday morning meeting. 6. Katie calls me Friday with another excuse why we couldn't meet at the agreed upon time, but it wasn't even for the time we had agreed on, she got the time wrong, AGAIN. 7. Throughout this whole terrible process, there was NEVER an apology. If it's this hard trying to get a meeting with Heather before they take your money, I can't imagine how terrible and difficult it is once they charge your the retainer. Do NOT go to this office, there are far better law firms to choose from.

Heather and her firm are just wonderful. They are matriculate and extremely hands on with everything they do. I found we developed a wonderful personal relationship because they care! Heather never once did not return a call and was so amazing when I was not confident in our case. Heather is extremely professional and made things happen. She is a very calming force especially in the courtroom environment. We have been using her services for years and I would highly recommend the law firm. I have never hesitated once to hand out her business card or give her phone number. If you are in need of a caring, hands on professional give her a call.

I was a client of Mr. Kuhn for over five years during a very contentious divorce. Throughout the process Steven and his staff were well prepared and compassionate in what was a difficult time for me. Mr. Kuhn is well known and respected in the courtroom and amongst judges.. He maintained a professional, working relationship with opposing attorneys, (which in my case were numerous). Each of the opposing attorneys respected him, and he was able to negotiate clearly and be a calming force in emotionally charged situations. I feel I got the best outcome in my divorce, and I feel strongly that Mr. Kuhn is responsible for that result. I would highly recommend him and his office.

Steven was my lawyer for a custody case and i can not recommend anyone better. I am so beyond thankful that i had found him. Throughout the entire process he was extremely professional, confident, and reassuring. As stressed out as i was at times he always made me feel at ease like i had absolutely nothing to worry about. Any question i had was always addressed and answered. I was never kept waiting to get a phone call or email back. Adam and Francis were both extremely helpful too and also very communicative on a consistent basis. It really felt to me as if i was his only client with the amount of hard work and dedication he had put into my case. If you need a lawyer who will fight for you and fight hard then do not look anywhere else. You will not regret hiring Steven as your attorney. I want to share a few words about David, who handles my uncontested divorce. He is a high-level professional with a positive attitude and excellent work ethics. He is very responsive. David is the type of lawyer who would always call you back or shot you an email on the same day no matter what type of question you have. This attitude from the lawyer is very important for me as I'm going through some difficult times in my life. I would add that he is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and if there is any difficult question he would go above and beyond to find the right answer for his client. I think his prices are fair and absolutely reasonable for the high-level advocacy service that he is providing. I want to take a minute to say how fantastic Attorney David Badanes is. He was able to assist in a situation that I really needed his help in. I have and will continue to recommend David for anyone that is going through or contemplating a Divorce or any kind of marital issue. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!!!!! Does minimal work, but will over charge you. Just cares about taking your money. Dishonest and insensitive! You’re better off with just about any other lawyer. I truly believe Mr. Badanes pays for those good reviews. And it’s a shame because I thought I was hiring a decent lawyer after reading his reviews….NOT!

I contracted Louis to represent me in my case. At the beginning he seemed great but in the middle was a nightmare…. He never was available to talk, he never answered my emails on time… he sent couple times the stipulation is my divorce changing things that my ex husband lawyer was telling him and he was not informed me., horrible experience… I recommend to people do not contract him ! Everything was a nightmare. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Mr. Sternberg’s communication with me was mediocre at best. I was made to wait at court for an “in person” conference. No one from the other party nor Mr.Sternberg showed. I was finally informed after (3) hours by court officer that my presence was not required. Mr. Sternberg I don’t feel is strong enough to handle a lengthy process. Any communication by him direct is by email. Don’t call his office if he’s there, chances are he will hang up on you multiple times before cursing you out. His paralegals are very nice, respectful, and courteous. Unfortunately, they’re not the ones who will represent you

I was very happy to have found Louis to help me in a very difficult and highly stressful child support case, he offered a free consultation and our zoom meeting was very reassurance. However it seems he is not sensitive or understanding with the problems his potential clients are facing, as we know, who contact a family lawyer probably are having the worst time in their lives. He offered flat rates and free ´caps´ on the website, but when wanted to go ahead and confirm the rate he stated there are too many variables in litigation to make any such assurance , he wont make any representations or assurances as to how much the case will cost in total. When going further trying to confirm how much it could be in total before confirm, as well as informed him of my change of circumstances, his final answer simply was : We are being going back and forth. Cant help anymore. Good luck. It seems imposible for him to give me a real estimate of my case. Pretty disappointed for the plain rude manners.
