Attorney Roe is amazing. I have spent all day on the phone with attorneys in the area looking for legal advise on a very complex jurisdiction case. Roe is the first attorney who didn't just tell me everything I wanted to hear. He was direct, honest and explained the problems in my case that I didn't understand. The time he spent on the phone with me regarding my case is priceless, and while he advised me to take a different avenue that would involve out of state representation, you know this is a great attorney who cares as he was willing to turn down a paycheck to point me in the right direction. I have had 4 attorney offices today tell me to come pay them a retainer and they can have my case handled quick but were not even willing to talk to me on the phone to see if my complicated case is even something they legally know how to handle. I cannot begin to say enough good things about my brief experience with Roe but I will say that if he was willing to help me as much as he did without me even being his client I can only imagine what he will do when he represents you. Roe has represented me since May 2017 in a very ugly divorce case and custody battle and has worked hard to get me full custody of my kids and paternity action to establish me as the legal father to my non-biological son that I've raised since birth. Even though my case is unique and complex, I've felt very confident going into court with Roe as my attorney. He prepares extremely well and is top notch in litigating my case. Lawrence and his staff are amazing. At first he seemed a bit callous when I would explain my situation and desires pertaining to my divorce but came to realize he is simply no nonsense when it comes to the divorce process. He will quickly call out areas which are not sensible and are far reaching.. This Firm seems very knowledgeable, but they are more focused on running up your bill than the best interest of your case. I believe they can be very efficient lawyers if you are willing to invest a LOT of money into them. This firm cannot be trusted and I urge you to be very wary of them. I know first hand that you will NOT get your moneys worth out of this firm and the time that they use to run up your bill will hinder your case.

If you need a fellow lawyer to strong arm you opponents client into signing a divorce decree by holding their children over their heads Kevin is you man. He has the morale backbone of a three card monte dealer in the Bronx. But hey it’s the good ole boy system in family law who cares about kids, Kevin doesn’t for sure. But he is gonna need that 2 hour fee for ruining their lives. Known to consort with nefarious characters like April Rager and Ben Aycock. Watch out folks they will steal your kids.

I had a VERY good experience with Fry and Elder. My divorce was messy (thanks to a very vindictive and manipulative ex) and I had already changed attorneys a couple of times because it seemed like they were not doing anything but cashing my checks. I was given a direct number to Mr. Fry and was always prompt and thorough with responding. It is obvious he knows what he is doing and how to do it well. He will tell you how it is and was always very quick to file paperwork. Mr. Morton ended up helping with my case as well and was very kind, straight forward, and made himself available if I needed anything, even if it was a weekend emergency. The entire firm seems to work together extremely well and made sure I was well taken care of. I even have sent a few family members to them as well because I was so impressed and wanted to make sure my family was in the best hands. They are currently handling my sisters divorce, which involves property, abuse, and I am so glad she finally has someone that will fight for her the way she needs them to. By far, the BEST Law Firm I have personally dealt with. Even the office manager Jody was extremely helpful and polite, always taking the time to answer my questions, quell my anxiety, or going out of her way to help me figure out anything I needed.

Even though this was a free consultation, Todd took a great deal of his time to go over my daughter's situation in detail. He thoroughly explained all of her legal rights and put her in contact with other resources that could help her. His knowledge of Family Law is considerable. He informed my daughter that she could handle her situation by herself and told her how to do it and where to go to accomplish the desired result. This clearly shows that Todd possesses great integrity and honesty. He could have sold this to us as need to retain his services. He did not.
