Gabriel and the Infinity Law Group are extremely professional and will work with you 100% of the way on your case to assure you receive exactly what you deserve. I had my own suggestions and opinions about my case, but I respect that Gabriel really explained to me what was right and what was rightfully mine. This was my first civil case and Gabriel and the associates worked closely with me step-by-step to ensure the proper steps were taken as well as to keep the case moving at a timely pace. Although it is their duty, they always had my best interest even at times when I was doubtful. They always stayed on top of the case for me, even at a mental level, and they will go beyond to assure your case is protected. The rates are also very reasonable, and you have the option to pay hourly or at a fixed fee rate. Before I highered Farias Family Law group I was engaged and told I would not be able to move out of state with my kids from my previous marriage, to live with my fiancé. My previous lawyer was awful and told me to give in because I was not going to get the outcome I wanted. I ended up meeting with Brian and he heard my side of the story and he went through the entire process with me if I were to higher them. I knew immediately they were the ones for me. It’s a whole team of people working together. Jessica always made sure to let me know all the i formation I needed and Nina Sousa, my attorney was always going above and beyond to make sure to answer any questions and to be as prepared and ready as possible. She was confident and made me feel at ease through the entire process. Any questions I had were answered right away and I was never left to question anything. She was quick and diligent and the process enemy by faster then I thought it would. Before I hired Attorney Sousa from Farias Family Law, I was in a position where it could have gone either way. My ex and children’s father, had lied in our first court hearing and ended up getting every other weekend visitations. This was absurd to me because he has and I believe still still has an addiction issue. Now, after the second court hearing and having Attorney Sousa at my side the entire way, along with Jessica, the paralegal in the office, I was granted everything I was asking for and have full custody of my kids as well. I will be referring anyone I can to them! Throughout the entire process everyone was extremely responsive, kind and whenever I didn’t understand something they thoroughly explained it. Jerry and Wendy represented me what should have been a simple - but ended up being – a complicated divorce. They were thorough and clear in explaining the process. That prepared me to help our children throughout the long time the case took. They were both easy to get in touch with and prompt in getting back to me. They told me what issues or concerns that we needed to address and those I should not spend money on. They were empathetic and helped me keep my perspective, even while preparing me for trial. They spent time preparing me on how to be a good witness. That reduced the stress and made me better able to listen to and respond to questions. I appreciate their professionalism and understanding and their situational awareness. There was no pushing an agenda, no name calling. They kept it very civil and respectful at all times. And in the end, that helped with the post-divorce environment for our children. Also, at the beginning Wendy and Jerry said what they thought the end result would be. And, that is pretty much what the judge did in his Judgment.

This past year, Wendy Hickey guided me through a divorce with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Almost a year now I’ve been stuck with DCF in my family’s lives. I was wondering almost 6 months into DCF entering our lives what I could do to protect my family especially my child because after all the negative feedback I’ve read about DCF and the way they where moving with my case it confirmed everything I read, I decided to take action. I went online a started looking for a amazing lawyer but with a reasonable price. Attorney Kevin Seaver was my #6 in my list but after our phone interview he became my #1 choice. He first explained to me how DCF works, then explained to me what steps we can take in my case with keeping in mind every case is different, I was scared what was coming next the retainer the hourly rate the paper work fee “( but attorney Seaver is not like all these lawyers in Boston that just want to steal your money, he said to me “George right now the most important thing in your life is to protect your family and not let DCF take your child because believe me they will, my rate is a flat rate you can put a down payment and we can set up weekly or bi-weekly payment plans”. I was so relieved and excited at the same time because I knew my family is protected now. I can go to work enjoy life with my family knowing that we have attorney Kevin Seaver on our side. Getting back to my case, DCF filed a 51A took them weeks/ months to hand over the file they kept writing so many negative allegations about my family that where not true attorney Seaver got those allegations unsupported with no file sent to him even though he requested the file about 2-4 times via email. As soon as the unsupported letter was sent to us we where so relieved and happy joyful knowing it was finally over but DCF doesn’t give up so easily. DCF filed a new 51A saying “ we have new allegations that have been brought to our attention” yet they still didn’t provide no file and my attorney my family where shocked. Attorney Seaver is a very nice person very straight to point he will tell you what reality is when it comes to these cases no sugar coating anything so he did what he’s best at and wrote a long email to the DCF Lawyer, DCF case worker, (I forgot to mention DCF got their DCF lawyer involved and this case is not even in for trail or court) bottom line if you want a lawyer that’s the BEST I would highly recommend Attorney Kevin Seaver and follow his instructions I repeat follow his INSTRUCTIONS. Nicholas and his team has done a wonderful job on my custody case. Going in with zero experience, i was very nervous. But they explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I had a messy divorce 3 years with a trial. Atty Hanley was great. She was great at laying out my case which made us more credible and gave me a feeling that my voice was heard. Besides the above mention she is fair and realistic, she will tell you what to fight for and what not to fight for. Her fees are fair and reasonable for a divorce especially when you feel like finances are a disaster.
