Bill and team really are the best. While my very high-conflict divorce was finalized six years ago, my ex continued to drag us back to court over minutia every year since then; that is when I hired Bill. At ever corner, Bill had my children's best interest in mind. Any advice he gave me, was prefaced with "What is going to be best for your kiddos is..." Bill has the utmost integrity, is an unflappable professional, he is a genuinely good person, and he is probably also one of the funniest people I know. Not sure why google isnt showing my review, but i am going to reword it then: I hired Will Shindler for a family law case. All I can say is I had a good case with good proofs, pictures, etc. He was very submissive to the opposing party and disrespectful to me and my case. He would ask me to do everything the oppossing party was asking for and would not really fight for me. Also, In family matters you have to be professional with everyone involved, these are painful moments for both parties yet he was heard many times laughing it up with the opposing party's lawyer, so much so that the oppossing party plaintiff noticed it too. I felt like all my money went down the drain, not to mention the emotional pain left after a "professional" didn't want to fight for you.

The CHA Law firm went out of their way when my son was dying of cancer. He only had two weeks to live when we contacted them. They spoke with him on the phone, wrote his will, came out to the house to ensure he had all his faculties, brought witnesses to the will signing at his house, and was warm and caring during his last days. As a father, you couldn’t ask for more.

The service and respect I've received after I've been with them for years has dramatically changed. I think if you are exploring options I would continue to explore. Extreme focus on billing and not service...seems like we were never organized and on point. Constantly repeating work. Its like I have to defend myself in every conversation. It appears it’s a cultural thing. Turns out its a similar experience among others I've spoken with. If I could reduce to zero I would.

Jimmy and his team are amazing. The depth of experience and ability to advise on my divorce was incredible. It became very clear to me that they work very hard at what they do. Kimberley Evans has been my divorce attorney many years. There aren't enough nouns for me to describe my experience with her as my attorney. Her tenacity, drive, and hard work are apparent. I reached out to Jeff to assist with a frivolous lawsuit filed against me when no other attorney would help. Simply put, Sam is head and shoulders above his peers in family law. Sam got results, as he navigated an incredibly complex, multi-state custody case. The BEST FAMILY Law Attorney I have ever worked with. 1 year ago I was blindsided with a separation and custody battle. It all started with my ex wanting to leave making false child abuse and domestic abuse claims against me. I highly recommend Ryan Dougay for custody issues. My daughter hired him to represent her in custody of her 2 children. As a mother fighting for her children and a grandmother having to watch, it was a very difficult time. After meeting with Ryan, he put our minds at ease. Absolutely, hands down, the best family lawyer in Austin. I cannot thank Ben enough for assisting me in a very difficult child custody case. He is honest, articulate, and really cares about his clients. I feel fortunate to have had him on my side through a difficult custody battle. When I started my search, I visited websites of many attorneys and it almost seemed like an impossible task when every website seemingly look the same. But just after spending few minutes on Ben’s website, I knew right away that I found an attorney who would be able to help me. I was really impressed by his straightforward explanation of how he does business, his credentials, and reviews from other clients. I ultimately decided on Ben after speaking with him. Ben worked very hard on my case. He takes that extra level of care when you need it most, responding to emails and phone at night and on the weekends. This was very much appreciated. Ben was absolutely amazing, to say the least. I came to him in a frenzy after getting ghosted by a different lawyer that I ended up reporting to the board. Ben Carrasco is an excellent and attentive attorney. He defended the enforcement of a pro se settlement agreement at my hearing flawlessly.
