After two horrible experiences with family law attorneys, but not willing to give up the fight for my son, I decided to give Matthew Hill an opportunity. My initial consultation I was on the defense with Mr. Hill because of my frustration with my divorce decree and an ex who I felt was breaking the decree left and right and “getting away with it”. They lied to me about a Motion they claimed to have filed with the court, but had not. I am contemplating whether to sue them for malpractice. I didn't know they had cheated me until my other lawyer, from a different firm, looked into it and the court informed her they had never recieved the Motion.
