Also, he was not very versed in VA loan laws so we ended up paying for him finding answers to pretty basic questions. All in all, wouldn't use again, but kind and got the job done.

Ellis and his team did an excellent job for me and my parents in a crisis situation - both parents were hospitalized unexpectedly and with me living on the East Coast, I needed to find a local quality lawyer to handle their affairs VERY QUICKLY as we had little time to spare. Ellis Eifert has written for us wills, living wills, medical directives, and powers of attorney. It has been a joy to work with him. He is thoughtful, helpful, wise, and very professional. We started with an online form that gave him basic information. He then met with us to go over some points, and then was quite prompt in producing the documents. The next step was for him to explain the documents in detail, and make changes to suit. Ellis did the editing and we met with him, and witnesses, to execute the wills and other documents. My husband and I were quite pleased with the results, and found that Ellis made the process comfortable, not intimidating, and very effective. We most highly recommend his services.

My sister Gloria passed on January 2020 in Clarkston, Washington. I live in Chicago, IL. Washington State estate law is about as strange as I've ever seen. Ive been involved with buring siblings in 4 states, being the youngest of 10. Ellis really knew his business, very professional, knolwedgeable, reasonably priced. This process in Washington takes 6 to 8 month to complete, well were done in 7. Every paper and form must hand walked through the Asotin county government with of course more and more fees along the way imposed by the state. I was from out of state and Ellis worked out great for us.

After waiting over a year for the documents with the first attorney, and several months with the second attorney, our wills and trust documents were never done. Mr. Eifert understood our needs and everything was done in just a few weeks. Mr. Eifert was very personable and such a pleasure to work with, I would recommend him any time.
