I was researching for an estate planning lawyer. I was impressed that Temkin states she has the most 5-star reviews in the area, so I did some further research. It is not true. It was easy to find lawyers who have substantially more reviews. I scratched her off my list. I will never trust anyone who engages in false advertising. Maybe she met she has the most reviews for lawyers on her block. It is definitely not true for lawyers in the area.

Temkin Law offers a thorough service. Wendi's calm and organized manner made it easier for us to follow the process through to the end. She answered my questions clearly, until I totally understood the answer. Wendi was very patient and took the time to understand our circumstances and needs. For example, I used to think "that tree I'd like to buy to plant in the yard is kind of expensive." I have worked professionally and personally with Karen and her staff for over 15 years and I can not say enough good things about all of them. Karen's approach is very rare in the legal profession, in that she truly explores a client's goals, objectives and needs when designing a plan. She then creates a completely customized estate plan, rather than simply changing names and dates in a boiler-plate document - as most attorneys I've encountered tend to do.
