For a very long time I had wanted to redo my will or possibly set up a trust, but I knew very little about it. I'm a Realtor and had known and liked Josh from past experiences with him. When I emailed him and told him I'd need "an education," he got back to me saying that wouldn't be a problem. And it wasn't.
