We're expecting our first child and wanted to make sure that we had our estate planning on the right track before he arrived. Carol Jones was our attorney for our first home purchase. The property was being sold as part of a bankruptcy which, we learned the hard way, ended up being a more complicated process than the purchases our friends & family had experienced.
