I used this law firm for a personal injury matter . Karen and her staff were extremely efficient. Karen was able to settle my case during the pandemic . I was kept up to date on all case related details and was prepared for any hearing regarding the case. Karen explained all aspects of the case so that i was able to make informed decisions. I recommend Goldberg sager & Associates because of their professionalism. You want someone who is going to represent you that's going to get the job done and that's Mr. Sager. What was very important to me was that Mr. Sager was always on time on the day of court and that right there is why Mr Sager is someone I highly recommend. UPDATE #3: I have received a refund and an apology that took full accountability. This shows some type of professionalism here. It seems like a lesson was learned. And I hope in the future he can be a lawyer who means well for the people. UPDATE: so after sending many emails, voicemails, and leaving reviews. I finally received my judgment of divorce. Apparently my ex had filed because he got tired of this lawyer not doing much and I’ve been divorced since November 2020. So to sum it up I basically paid 1,000 dollars for Gilmer to just pick up the papers. Something I could of done myself but it was the least he can do after literally not doing anything. When I received it from him it was placed in a crummy envelope. Gilmer than asked me to delete my review, and if there’s anything he can do for me to delete it. Overall I decided to leave it up and update it to what has happened recently. If you want something done fast just go somewhere else. This company is a fraud! Avoid at all cost. A divorce with no children, cars, or houses together shouldn't take three years! It is very difficult to get in contact with him, he even blocked my email! When he finally got the papers together everything was misspelled, than when he needs to correct it, you get no response. I don’t think this guy is a lawyer. I paid in full the first day I met him, if you can't take the case than why take my money? Now I have to find a lawyer to sue him

I walked into Mr.Gilmer office in June 2014 Today is August 2019 and I'm still not divorced. I would not recommend unless you have time and money to waste. From my personnel experience they don't call you back at all you gave to call them and once your a client you never hear from then unless you call them. This experience had been a night mare trying to contact Mr.Gilmer, I will post back when they or if they contact me back.

I worked with George on many different cases in the past. I have found him to be very prompt in returning my call phone calls, he is very polite and always answers my questions. I am a small business owner and Mr. Gilmer helped me open up my business. He skillfully prepared all of the necessary documents and everything went smoothly. I attempted to do my divorce agreement by myself, as NY offered an online system for creating the papers. Needless to say the papers it gave me weren't all encompassing, and after a couple months, I realized I needed help. Richard came in and helped draft new papers, talking me through each step, and submitted them on my behalf. He was always very upfront and responsive. Highly, highly recommend!

I hired Mr. Geller to file a out of state divorce as I live in Massachusetts and the ex-spouse lives in New York. We hired his firm during the center of Covid and when I tell you he made life easier. It’s an understatement. We did everything electronically, he, personally would call and provide updates and was sure to set realistic expectations as again, we were mid pandemic. Nonetheless, Richard finalizes my divorce in 7 months. I don’t know how he did it working with one of the toughest Burroughs (Queens) but he did. I highly recommend his services, I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience. Price was very affordable especially for the quality legal services we received.

I could not be happier to have had Mary Katherine Brown prepare my Last Will and Testament, living will, Health care proxy and other documents.  I truly appreciated her accessibility and patience.  What I thought would be a confusing and uncomfortable task, she made into an easily understandable process.  I can tell she is very knowledgeable and I trust her guidance.
