My wife was rear-ended in January by an inattentive driver who was under insured. Fortunately, she was not injured, but the collision forced our car into the rear of the car in front, resulting in our 3 year old car being declared a total loss. On the advice of a friend, she contacted Accident Law Group in order to recover expenses. This was not a case involving huge amounts of money, but they readily took it on and handled it expeditiously and professionally, and were able to recover our expenses from the driver's insurance company. We were treated courteously and sympathetically, and Joseph Brown put considerable effort into obtaining a fair settlement, even though ALG were unlikely to make any significant amount of money out of that settlement. I can highly recommend this firm, for being ethical, honest and caring.

Recently, I was injured by a medical practitioner and had to undergo 3 separate surgeries to keep from losing my hand. I hired Don after I got into a car accident that was not my fault. It was my first major car accident and I had no idea what to do. I talked to four separate lawyers and he was the only one who did not talk down to me and took the time to explain everything. Don helped me find doctors to helo with my injuries and took care of so many things for me. I originally thought this would have been super simple since it was obviously the other guys fault, however, when do things ever turn out to be easy. Don helped me navigate through everything even when we thought we would have to go to court. But as amazing Don was, he was able to work things out and even get me a higher settlement than I thought I would get. Don was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Sometimes he would even email me back at 10 at night to answer my question. I would recommend Don to anyone and everyone who asked. I first came to Richard Plattner a few years ago after an injury. I had met with several other attorneys who, after hearing my story, declined to take my case. This was very disheartening since I'd suffered a legitimate injury, but they felt the case would be too challenging. I was very depressed and had almost given up hope when I contacted Richard. It was an incredible ray of light when he seemed interested. I'd never filed a lawsuit before and was quite nervous. But Richard and his amazing assistant Donna were always patient, supportive, and attentive. I definitely never felt like I was "just a number" to them. Over the course of three years, they were there for me through all the legal footwork, offers and counteroffers with the other side, and my deposition.
