This Law group would get 0 stays if we were allowed to. We used this Law Group for a traffic citation that was required to give a 14 day jail term. Under the New Jesey law even though we no longer reside in New Jersey we realized it was a requirement if the offense is commented for the second time. While that being said my wife realized that you are able to fulfill this sentence another way. While discussing this with the Attorney I was directed No, I have met with this judge before and she is tough. As an attorney it is your position to view all options convenient for the client. After the meeting while at court, I directed the attorney to run it by the Judge just to see what she says. I have never been to jail and honestly had many fears. With that being said when we went into the court and all of a sudden had amnesia. No this we spoke upon was mention in the courtroom until my wife in the stands yelled stating "Please tell her what we spoke upon" During this time the Judge then called her incompetent and unprepared. After all of this the hotel stay while being on house arrest was granted but the Attorney then proceeds to say"I am unsure if you can pay for a 14 day hotel stay but it must be paid for at once" I truly felt belittled and I would never ever recommend this company ever. Its horrible that an Attorney can not only decide the ignore all request but not only ignore but deny to ask a Judge what was asked because of what she feels. If it were up to here I would have been in jail for 14 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This firm is amazing they went above and beyond to have Sean call me ASAP. He took an unscheduled half hour of his time to speak with my husband and I in regards to a personal matter. He has great, professional advice. If your looking for a great attorney Sean will definitely take the time to talk to you and be of great help and service. Ms. Corbo and LaDonna M. Cousins, Esq. went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They respond immediately when I email them, call back when I call them; they never leave you hanging. They did make one error but corrected it the next day and made up for it 10 times over by taking extra good care of me, even after my case was over. They followed up and then some. They are not inexpensive BUT you get what you pay for. They kick serious legal butt. They are very knowledgeable and make sure you are happy. I am thrilled with the results of my case and highly recommend them. They have a variety of attorneys in their Firm and can help you with pretty much anything. I just called the 888 number that they have to see if we had a case and the lady was so rude and very unprofessional. I called them because of the good reviews and I´m very disappointed. She didn't even listen to my case. Pp. After reading your comment on my comment I decided to answer you. I don't need to explain myself but I would like to affirm to you that what I said happened! Now, as the good (or not) lawyer that you are; you accused first and asked second. Not very smart to treat a prospective customer that way, at least in my view, but hey! I guess you have plenty. Paula Dillon is a extremely rude individual both personally and professionally. She is also borderline unethical who does not always have the best interest of the client at heart. Alan Krumholz is way past his prime, hard of hearing, forgetful, etc. He is a very elderly and respectable individual but completely ineffective as an attorney. Stay away from this firm at all cost!

Dillon was an absolute nightmare to talk to. Hung up feeling disrespected and further victimized. After attempting to explain all the crucial information needed for me to make steps towards fixing my situation prior to calling an attorney was offset by the employers lack of willingness to provide said information, she had already decided to hang up in my ear. Truly disgraceful to say the least. Try someone else who has an ear to listen and understand before calling her. Your case may prove to be handled with this same disinterest and disrespect.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Lots of running around & the customer service is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know if she’s a receptionist or a paralegal, but her name is Fabiola. I called to ask some questions in a polite way in regards to a pending case. She was extremely rude & highly unprofessional. She barley let me talk & insisted to talk over me. I have never dealt with someone that works for a lawyer, & talks with such a nasty attitude. If I could I’d give negative stars.

The worst experience I ever had, never met my lawyer and i only met the paralegal once and that was when I picked up my check from them. They got the case wrong even though I told them what happen which inturn messed my case up bad. To make a long story short it been a yr and im still in pain with no help. I ask the paralegal if I had better options when I spoke to him a yr ago and he said no but then later on I find out I did so basically I was advised wrong. Im now talking to someone about my ptsd that I developed with all the stress I have been going through because of them. I haven't been able to sleep due to the pain and I cant afford assistance because my settlement didn't cover all my bills. Im now struggling to maintain and hope no one else goes through what I went through. Honestly I could of handled this case myself.

I had a bad accident at work and had to obtain a lawyer. Two of them turned me down except Ginarte. Ginarte took my case on right away and moved fast on my case. They sent a representative to visit me and all the staff has been helpful and been in contact with me accidentally. All this stems from a workman's comp issue that Ginarte is good at handling. I was very pleased with the law firm's actions.

OK as lawyers, but they really drag their feet and delay getting anything done. Things that should take days and weeks end up taking months and years. Decent enough people, they just have no drive or enthusiasm to get things accomplished. I ended up having to call 5 or six times over weeks and months to move each minor steps in the process along.

This "law firm" was the worst experience I had in my life. I trusted them to represent me in a personal injury case where I severely injured my ankle due to falling when my foot got trapped in an oil disposal unit being placed outside of a Wendy's restaurant, where the lid opens up like a bear trap and your foot falls into the hole. They accepted taking the case and after having it for 10 months, they tell me they decided not to continue it because they thought I could not win. When I got my paperwork back it showed that they did not state my foot was injured from the Wendy's oil depository but a "speed bump". I was outraged. They did not even take pictures of the oil depository but of the drive thru speed bump. When I wanted to take the case to a new attorney they said it neared the 1 year deadline to take and that they could not take it. I ended getting nothing for the damages they caused and had to pay myself for the surgery to my right ankle to remove broken bones that caused severe pain and inflammation without it. THIS LAW FIRM IS INCOMPETENT. GO ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. PS: I even wonder if Wendy's was one of their clients and they did this to prevent any suits against them. Something that is impossible to really know sadly.

Ok, so i asked this office to represent me for a workers comp case of a nonphysical injury. (work related stress and anxiety) they agreed to represent me and for 2 months i let them handle the case. They told me that there was nothing they could do tell i was denied. When i called to tell i was denied and needed help filling out disability paperwork the firm switch my paralegal from "Dot" to "D". The firm then ask me if i asked them to hold off on filing my claim. I advised them i did NO such thing. I advised by "D" the paralegal on my case how do i proceed to receive disability funds. this office falsely told me i could submit disability paperwork with no claim number. My new attorney advised me that is not acceptable and would be rejected ASAP. so did disability. The next day i called to inquire and get help filling out paperwork. "D" the paralegal advised me that the attorney Adam kotlar decided not to represent me and overnighted a letter saying they will not now or ever represent me. This firm wasted 2 months of my time and left me hopeless and they didn't care about it. Once released as a client I was talked to disrespectfully and rude. I didn't have a problem that this office couldn't represent me, its the fact that they wasted my time. Multiple attorneys denied representing me due to the nature of my case. But they also let me know in a reasonable time. I also found out the attorney has connection to the people dealing with my case and that's why so much time was wasted. They were playing in my opposed party favor. So watch this firm i would not recommend if its not a physical injury or if they have connection or relation to the party you are suing. they will play you, and waste your time. beware.

I have been using this.law firm for the past 5 years. They have been great to me. Justin Cohen had my case the first couple of years.
