Nothing but good people. I truly Appreciate how passionate this group of people are. From the receptionist to the lawyers they are very professional. I enjoyed being a client and getting to know people through out the year. Every case is different and they treat each one as so. It’s located on a very busy street but they have parking that can be validated so that’s not a problem. The process is so easy because this is what they specialize in. What I like most is that they take the time to get to know their clients and the support they provide to the families and they have tons of resources. I believe in word of mouth referrals; I was hit on my motorcycle by an SUV and asked a neighborhood businessman if he knew of a law firm that could help me. He connected me with John Nojima. The day after my accident when I was laid up at home, John came to my home and took my statement of what happened. I reached out to this firm today because of the positive reviews and seemingly good fit in expertise. After I described my situation to the man who answered the phone, I got a rather curt response. Nothing wrong if they don't handle that type of case but the condescending attitude and and total lack of professionalism on that call was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for. I asked if he could kindly perhaps give me some direction to the type of firm or maybe even a colleague that might be a fit and was hung up on.
