Beware of using this law firm. I was involved in an accident 1 year ago they immediately sent me to therapy and to get X-rays. Everything seemed amazing at first good communication and they were tentative. After about 8 months I told the chiropractor that I was no longer feeling pain and was good to go. When I tried contacting my attorney from that point on I could never get ahold of anyone. I would call and each time I would be told that the attorney that was handling my case was no longer working at that law firm; they would tell me the name of the new attorney and then ask if I would like to leave a voicemail, I would leave a voicemail asking them to contact me back and they never would. I called 6 weeks back to back never had anyone reach out to me. Now today exactly one year after my accident they sent me a letter telling me they are dropping me from representation with no rhyme or reason as to why; tried calling they passed me to the attorneys name who was on the letter, funny thing is that when I connected you could tell it connected to her Bluetooth over the car and I could hear my own voice but she acted as if she could not hear me. The letter stated I have 2 years from the time of the accident to submit a lawsuit, they took one year and dropped me with no explanation. They state that they treat their clients like family but I found that not to be true if you are looking for an attorney I would advise to go elsewhere.

I’m very glad and relieved I found this office to fight the insurance company for me. While the insurance company was being really unfair to me I hired this office and they fought back for me and I’m happy with the result. They’re service was also impressive. I would definitely use them again.

I was in a car accident where the CHP wrongly placed me as the at fault driver in the accident. I was devastated when I read the accident report knowing that this was not the case. I was worried that I would be held liable for an accident that I did not cause, and have to face potential financial ruin. A friend of mine had two other friends that Joe had helped previously, who both had high praise for his work. I called Joe and explained my situation. He confidently assured me that he could take care of this. Not only that, but Joe and his team were able to get me comprehensive medical examinations and physical therapy to help me recover and determine whether there were any potential lasting medical issues that I should be concerned about beyond my initial recovery. I was referred to the Capital Law Firm by a friend. I was involved in a rear end accident and had eye issues and neck and back pain. Josh personally worked on my case and sent me to great doctors. We ended in mediation and my case settled very favorably. My check was ready soon thereafter and the firm really maximized my case. I also recovered from my injuries very well. Josh answered all my questions and frequently updated me. The settlement at mediation was 4 times higher then the initial settlement offer the insurance company made. I hired this law firm after finding them online when I was rear ended and had neck and back and shoulder injuries. When I called I was lucky enough to directly speak with the attorney. Josh immediately answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. He then set me up with a physical therapist for the same day and all the doctors who helped me were awesome. They also got me money for my car since it was a total loss and money for my missed time from work. The settlement was for the max of the other driver and all my medical bills got discounted and I ended up with a percentage that made me very happy. His assistant Brittany is also very helpful and easy to talk to and always answered my emails and calls. Their office is clean and easy to access. This firm is the best and they take care of you like family. Thank you to Josh, Brittany and everyone who helped me, I am so lucky! Will recommend to all.

I reached out to this firm today because of the positive reviews and seemingly good fit in expertise. After I described my situation to the man who answered the phone, I got a rather curt response. Nothing wrong if they don't handle that type of case but the condescending attitude and and total lack of professionalism on that call was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for. I asked if he could kindly perhaps give me some direction to the type of firm or maybe even a colleague that might be a fit and was hung up on. Maybe they are competent but the lack of empathy and professionalism of their staff is alarming. I'm moving on.

So grateful for Kyle and his amazing team. His law firm represented me in a 3 car accident when my kids and I were hit from behind while on the freeway. I'd been involved in a car accident on a Thursday evening. I had my first appointment scheduled with Reza the following Tuesday morning. That's a pretty quick response time. Reza made me feel at ease, and he was very personable. The accident happened at work, and he handled the insurance, my employer, and even dealt with the police. Bobby should be everyone’s to-go attorney!! I am the type of person that will review and research everything before making a purchase because I do not like being disappointed. Friend of mine referred me to him and I was definitely not disappointed. He is tech savvy (big plus for generation Z, like myself), fast responder (too fast sometimes), and is like a nerd (loves his field)! He will fight to try to get you max settlements.
