Extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, thoughtful, and highly professional - In a nutshell, this was my experience with Robert Mansour and his associates. Contacting an attorney is nerve wracking enough (at least for me) and I’ve had to deal with quite a few for various services. Contacting Rob’s office and setting up an appointment was the most seamless and, dare I say, “enjoyable” call that I’ve had to make in a while. Maria answered the phone and took down all the relevant information that Rob would need in order to help me with my situation. Specifically, pertaining to Proposition 19 and its impact on inherited property. I had NO idea what to ask about specifically but Maria was very patient and made my ramblings into coherent notes. She said that she would discuss with Robert when he was free and get back to me about setting up an appointment, which she did in less than 30 minutes. I was in a really bad car accident and I knew it wasn’t my fault but the insurance company told me that they performed an “investigation” and determined that the accident was my fault. I knew I needed an attorney. I called about 10 different law firms and I liked Tommy Troncoso the best out of all of them so I hired him to represent me. He really fought hard for me in my case and got the insurance company to admit that the other person was 100% at fault and I was 0%. My case settled and I was really happy with the amount of money I got. The money is really going to help me and my family. Tommy was honest with me the entire way through the case and a nice guy and always made me feel welcomed when I went to his office, kind of like a family atmosphere. I’d recommend him to everybody. I was involved in a car accident when another driver made a left turn in front of me. The accident was not my fault but the other driver’s insurance company was giving me the run around and saying I caused the accident. I was injured, my car was wrecked and the other driver’s insurance company refused to pay for anything. It was clear that I needed a good lawyer. I hired Tommy based on my best friend’s recommendation and I am VERY happy I did. During the entire process Tommy was kind, caring compassionate, and honest. I’ve heard horror stories about attorneys screaming at their clients but Tommy was always so nice and respectful. I felt like he really cared about me and he didn’t see me as a quick paycheck. I also have to mention his paralegal, Marla. She’s seriously one of the nicest people I’ve met. Tommy kept me informed during the entire process and he returned all of my phone calls. He didn’t pawn me off on a secretary or assistant. He personally returned all of my phone calls. He’s also really intelligent and knows his stuff and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. This really put me at ease. In the end, Tommy really fought hard for me. I am an LA County employee for the past 20 years, and I was injured at work several years ago. My husband and I reached out to Hosharian Law Firm 1.5 years ago to settle an auto accident case in which we were passengers. There was damage to the vehicle and we experienced pain requiring medical treatment. We called the police at the scene, but since nobody needed an ambulance, police were not dispatched and no police report was filed. Fault was placed on the opposite party for hitting the car we were in. We specifically chose Hosharian Law Firm because it was a small firm and we wanted to settle quickly. Unfortunately, the original employee assigned to our case, Diana, was not very responsive when we emailed and called. We submitted all our paperwork more than a year in advance of the 2 year margin, but Diana said she wanted to submit the driver's paperwork along with ours, so we couldn't move forward despite our request to do so. Periodic check-ins showed no progress on the case and I had to take on the role of repeatedly contacting the driver myself to get them to submit their documents. With 2 months remaining before hitting the statute of limitations, my husband and I called the firm and discovered Diana was no longer at the office and our case had been assigned to someone new, Shelby. After explaining our experience thus far, she put us on the phone with Peter and he assured us that they would settle our case as fast as possible and keep in contact with us every step of the way. Shelby and Peter were indeed responsive through text, calls and emails, and provided great service during this time. We settled with medical bills paid and paychecks in hand within 3 months. In 2019 I was hit from behind with a strike hard enough to injure my neck and my back. My car also had considerable bumper and back frame damages even though the defendant’s car looked barely affected. This was the 2nd rear-end collision I had in a year and a half. ????????‍♀️ When I was hit the first time, in 2018, I called Albert Abkarian for help. Albert and his staff were truly incredible! Albert and his amazing paralegal, Elena, walked me through everything I needed to do to get the help necessary for my injuries as well as the repairs for my car. They were always there to answer any questions I had, no matter what the question was. Not once did they make me feel inadequate or as if I was an annoyance. If you are involved in a car accident or need a personal injury attorney for any reason, contact Abkarian & Associates IMMEDIATELY! Albert and his incredible team really came through for me and I couldn't be happier with how they handled my case and the result. I was involved in a T-Bone type car accident in the turning/middle lane of a major Los Angeles street, and whilst not life-threatening, it was certainly devastating in many ways. I started the claims process myself, getting the other driver's insurance company to admit fault and fix my vehicle while I began treatment for my injuries. Unfortunately, my injuries continued to get worse, and after treating for a couple of months, I was referred by a medical professional to a couple of attorneys.
