You don't have Glassdoor account so this is the only place I can share my review so applicants and prospective clients would be aware. I was an employee for Citywide Law Group for two days, I sent a copy of a document to a client (while checking and letting know the supervising attorney about it before sending it out) , because every case is the client's case and the client should always know and confirm what form is being sent on their behalf and what is going on in their case. I got a very shocked response from the supervising attorney that YOU DON'T SEND A COPY TO THE CLIENT. Why shouldn't client know what's going on in the case? Why is that a secret? I have enough experience and knowledge about American Bar Association (ABA) rules conducting communication with the clients to know that you ALWAYS send a copy to the client and should ALWAYS be transparent with everything going on in the case with clients. 10 minutes later, I got a call from the partners letting me go for not being a good fit for the position. I have enough experience to know from the field's experts and ethical practices that this is neither ethical nor moral practice. I'm glad I got a chance to be aware of how unethical this practice is early on, and I want the prospective clients to ALWYS ASK FOR COPIES and every records being filed with the court or being send out to the opposing counsel. This is YOUR case and you need to PROTECT it.

From the start he explained the entire situation very clearly, was great about giving advice without pressuring me to go in any specific direction, and was always very easy to get a hold of when I needed to contact him. Max has been an absolute godsend during this entire process. Nothing but good people. I truly Appreciate how passionate this group of people are. From the receptionist to the lawyers they are very professional. I enjoyed being a client and getting to know people through out the year. Every case is different and they treat each one as so. It’s located on a very busy street but they have parking that can be validated so that’s not a problem. The process is so easy because this is what they specialize in. What I like most is that they take the time to get to know their clients and the support they provide to the families and they have tons of resources. One thing I love is our early morning meetings we had food and snacks! That’s always a plus because sometimes we forget to bring food. I want to say thank you to Mr. Lew for Being amazing to my family and supportive. Thank you for fighting for us. It’s unfortunate that we need these kinds of lawyers but I’m beyond grateful to have them in my corner.

At first I was treated amazing and told I had a case but after a year and a half I was told since I wasn’t seriously injured or dead they couldn’t represent me to make sure I was taken care of. I wasn’t even told I was dropped as a client until I emailed Rebecca and she claimed they didn’t have a updated phone number for me, which I had updated 3 different times but they didn’t update the system. She was able to email me time and time again for record release forms to be signed and pictures of my drivers license but couldn’t email me to drop me as a client till I contacted them. Very disappointed and won’t be contacting them in the future, as well as getting a second opinion on my case.

I was hit on my motorcycle in June. An associate from McGee Lerer & Associates witnessed my accident. They stopped and made sure I had everything taken care of regarding my immediate needs. They then followed up wit me the next day and helped me recover my losses from the accident. They did a terrific job and they were very knowledgeable. Prior to my experience with Nick at Mcgee & Lerer, I would not have ever associated the thought of an accident attourney with a positive emotion. That being said I have been completely blown away with how I was taken care of. I called within hours of my accident and from the first interaction I felt like I was with a company that was going to hold my hand every step of the way. It was absolutely astounding how wonderfully easy and effortless they made everything from handling my repairs and medical bills, to finding a chiropractor close to my home. My car was hit head-on while stopped at a traffic light. My beloved old Ford was totaled. I was devastated and very confused on how to proceed. Renee Ayala at Mansell became a saving grace. She got me a good settlement---one that exceeded my expectations for such an old car---but perhaps more importantly, Renee made feel seen and heard and taken seriously. She called regularly with updates. I never had to call her. I doubt Mansell made much money from my case but Renee always treated me as if I was a million dollar client. She and her staff were always professional and always kind. I'll always be grateful for their fine work.

Mansell & Mansell is a fabulous firm. We were in a car accident while visiting the LA area. My husband suffered a broken back from this accident. Steven Sweat is the best! He literally took care of EVERYTHING for me, including calling the check cashers, to clear the check, whenever they were unable to reach the insurance company to verify the check! Gotten myself in a car accident about a year ago and I wasn't at fault. Even though I haven't got any serious damages to myself but still I went to the hospital just to make sure. I tried contacting many lawyers (which were recommended by my friends) because I don't with such complexities and stuff like that. After all the search and discussions, I ended up choosing Matt from Koohanim Law Offices. He is a great guy. He's friendly and quick to give me some really good advice from the start. He is also diligent because he was able to find out that the person who hit my car had no insurance (which lucky on my side since I had full coverage). I also had issues regarding hospital fees and ambulance costs but even with all the problems I had to deal with, Matt was still able to go through all that very smoothly, like a real pro should. Not to mention he did it all much faster than I though it would. Matt Koohanim and his team definitely deserves high marks, especially Jasmine for such a great customer service. Not only Matt has vast knowledge of the legal system, he is also a down-to-earth guy who you can easily approach and goes an extra mile to help his clients. I would definitely take note of Matt if ever something comes up, well hopefully it won't. I am really thankful for him in helping me get through this tough ordeal in my life.
