RUN AWAY!!! Mr. Singer took my case to "represent me" in 2008. He doesn't return phone calls, text messages or emails. I received notice of a hearing scheduled this May. Scheduled becasue Mr. Singer did NOT bother to respond to a settlement offer he received 3 months ago. Nor did his office notify me of it's receipt. I haven't heard from Mr. Singer in OVER a year. This after I have sent emails, called REPEATEDLY and left messages with his office and the staff that handles my case. I have also sent repeated text messages to his cell over the past 3 years. This lack of contact has been the norm over the past 12 YEARS. Finally, no resort but to file a complaint with the State Bar.

Made assurances that they would assist me while I was in town, which was only for less than a week, and never followed through. In my opinion if you have a difficult lock case this is not the place to choose. The receptionist was rude over the phone and could not take down our information properly to qualify our case, when I asked to speak to an attorney I was told one would call me back. When I got a call back, I was on the other line and so I could not take it and then I called them back and when I did the receptionist was extremely rude when I asked her to turn the phone up because I could not hear her. She put me on a voicemail with I believe another attorney and I left a message about her being rude. I received a call back from somebody who didn't tell me who they were and they started saying I threatened the receptionist if I wasn't going to get a call back I said if that was true then why don't you review the phone call because I was being told I was being recorded the person got frustrated and hung up on me.
