Beware of using this law firm. I was involved in an accident 1 year ago they immediately sent me to therapy and to get X-rays. Everything seemed amazing at first good communication and they were tentative. After about 8 months I told the chiropractor that I was no longer feeling pain and was good to go. When I tried contacting my attorney from that point on I could never get ahold of anyone. I would call and each time I would be told that the attorney that was handling my case was no longer working at that law firm; they would tell me the name of the new attorney and then ask if I would like to leave a voicemail, I would leave a voicemail asking them to contact me back and they never would. I called 6 weeks back to back never had anyone reach out to me. Now today exactly one year after my accident they sent me a letter telling me they are dropping me from representation with no rhyme or reason as to why; tried calling they passed me to the attorneys name who was on the letter, funny thing is that when I connected you could tell it connected to her Bluetooth over the car and I could hear my own voice but she acted as if she could not hear me. The letter stated I have 2 years from the time of the accident to submit a lawsuit, they took one year and dropped me with no explanation. They state that they treat their clients like family but I found that not to be true if you are looking for an attorney I would advise to go elsewhere.

I’m very glad and relieved I found this office to fight the insurance company for me. While the insurance company was being really unfair to me I hired this office and they fought back for me and I’m happy with the result. They’re service was also impressive. I would definitely use them again.

I believe in word of mouth referrals; I was hit on my motorcycle by an SUV and asked a neighborhood businessman if he knew of a law firm that could help me. He connected me with John Nojima. The day after my accident when I was laid up at home, John came to my home and took my statement of what happened. The firm then arranged doctor appointments to get me the best care and physical therapy. I was kept in the loop at all times, and I had to do a minimum amount of work and running around. It took a little over a year to settle my case and the outcome has been very satisfactory. The firm is responsible, caring, and very smart. My attorney with the firm was Jon Davidi. He is a very caring and bright man. I recommend Lederer and Nojima highly!

I'd been involved in a car accident on a Thursday evening. I had my first appointment scheduled with Reza the following Tuesday morning. That's a pretty quick response time. Reza made me feel at ease, and he was very personable. The accident happened at work, and he handled the insurance, my employer, and even dealt with the police. He was always quick to respond to my texts and was in constant communication with me. I've been so stressed out from my injuries, and my family has been caring for me, and Reza has eased my stress. He has been very helpful and compassionate. You couldn't ask for more; I've felt nothing but kindness from him. Highly recommended!

I had tried several attorneys, but they had decided that my accident was not worth anything. Quirk Accident & Injury Attorneys did not have any problems about my accident. They took the case and went to bat for me , responded to you always on any questions that you had. My case took longer than most because of other circumstances that I had, but they stayed with it and I would call Logan Quirk again if needed.

I can't tell you enough how grateful I am to have Logan work on my case. He was honest, he was patient and most of all realistic. I won't let my family, friends or any of my acquaintances work with anyone else. I had 2 other lawyers decline my case even when the insurance carriers already determined the other driver was at fault. Find a different firm, any firm but this one. If you have already done all the hard work and you can hand them your case on a silver platter where they don't have to put in any hard work then they might be your firm but if you need a firm that believes you as their client and will have your back and fight for you and not give up the first time the other person tells a different story of what happened find a different firm. This firm only wants easy pay outs and they will drop you as a client if there is actually work or investigating to be done.

My car was hit head-on while stopped at a traffic light. My beloved old Ford was totaled. I was devastated and very confused on how to proceed. Renee Ayala at Mansell became a saving grace. She got me a good settlement---one that exceeded my expectations for such an old car---but perhaps more importantly, Renee made feel seen and heard and taken seriously. She called regularly with updates. I never had to call her. I doubt Mansell made much money from my case but Renee always treated me as if I was a million dollar client. She and her staff were always professional and always kind. I'll always be grateful for their fine work.

Mansell & Mansell is a fabulous firm. We were in a car accident while visiting the LA area. My husband suffered a broken back from this accident. Approximately 5 years ago, my family was served with an eminent domain lawsuit against our family business. I've had the pleasure of working with Jamie Fisher who represented my employer on a eminent domain case when one of our business units was closed due to freeway expansion. I was the lead representative for my employer and worked closely with Jamie. Jamie knows the eminent domain environment very well, has a very strong background in these type of cases and was able to eliminate a lot of the red tape involving endless documentation requests by the opposing law firm. Marci is very attentive to your needs and from my experience she was my favorite. She made calls to you and continued to make sure you understand the process and what the status was. I decided to go through this law firm because of the good reviews and it was the biggest mistake. Keep looking do NOT hire this company. Absolutely no communication. You can never get through with your case manager. Case manager was changed every week. Emails were not answered. When finally speaking to someone lawyer was rude. They totally screwed us. They took way more than what they were supposed to take. I had another lawyer look at my case after it closed and he confirmed everything I thought. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
