If anyone is considering hiring this office for thier needs. PLEASE DONT! I had got into a accident and they didnt help me at all. They are rude and dirty! They were suppose to take my car to get an estimate on how much it be to fix the car. And bring it back. It was their for a month. I called constantly trying to see what was happening with my car.They didnt answer or the lady roxanne, they said she wasnt there and she would calll me back. & bam in five mins she called back! After a month i found out the tow company was charging me a tow and storage fees. When it was suppose to be for a estimate! After everything the lady cused me out and was very unprofessional. I realeased myself as thier client and had to pay everything myself.I found out everything they were suppose to do with the insurance company,and dmv was not done or filed. So in the end i was standing and doing everything by myself. So therefore please dont go with them i dont want anyone going through this like i did. OOH ps thiers alot more to the story but too much to type.lol all in all jus choose another law office && good luck to you!

Gotten myself in a car accident about a year ago and I wasn't at fault. Even though I haven't got any serious damages to myself but still I went to the hospital just to make sure. I tried contacting many lawyers (which were recommended by my friends) because I don't with such complexities and stuff like that. After all the search and discussions, I ended up choosing Matt from Koohanim Law Offices. He is a great guy. He's friendly and quick to give me some really good advice from the start. He is also diligent because he was able to find out that the person who hit my car had no insurance (which lucky on my side since I had full coverage). I also had issues regarding hospital fees and ambulance costs but even with all the problems I had to deal with, Matt was still able to go through all that very smoothly, like a real pro should. Not to mention he did it all much faster than I though it would. Matt Koohanim and his team definitely deserves high marks, especially Jasmine for such a great customer service. Not only Matt has vast knowledge of the legal system, he is also a down-to-earth guy who you can easily approach and goes an extra mile to help his clients. I would definitely take note of Matt if ever something comes up, well hopefully it won't. I am really thankful for him in helping me get through this tough ordeal in my life.

Beware of using this law firm. I was involved in an accident 1 year ago they immediately sent me to therapy and to get X-rays. Everything seemed amazing at first good communication and they were tentative. After about 8 months I told the chiropractor that I was no longer feeling pain and was good to go. When I tried contacting my attorney from that point on I could never get ahold of anyone. I would call and each time I would be told that the attorney that was handling my case was no longer working at that law firm; they would tell me the name of the new attorney and then ask if I would like to leave a voicemail, I would leave a voicemail asking them to contact me back and they never would. I called 6 weeks back to back never had anyone reach out to me. Now today exactly one year after my accident they sent me a letter telling me they are dropping me from representation with no rhyme or reason as to why; tried calling they passed me to the attorneys name who was on the letter, funny thing is that when I connected you could tell it connected to her Bluetooth over the car and I could hear my own voice but she acted as if she could not hear me. The letter stated I have 2 years from the time of the accident to submit a lawsuit, they took one year and dropped me with no explanation. They state that they treat their clients like family but I found that not to be true if you are looking for an attorney I would advise to go elsewhere.

I was hit on my motorcycle in June. An associate from McGee Lerer & Associates witnessed my accident. They stopped and made sure I had everything taken care of regarding my immediate needs. They then followed up wit me the next day and helped me recover my losses from the accident. They did a terrific job and they were very knowledgeable. Prior to my experience with Nick at Mcgee & Lerer, I would not have ever associated the thought of an accident attourney with a positive emotion. That being said I have been completely blown away with how I was taken care of. I called within hours of my accident and from the first interaction I felt like I was with a company that was going to hold my hand every step of the way. It was absolutely astounding how wonderfully easy and effortless they made everything from handling my repairs and medical bills, to finding a chiropractor close to my home. Law firm was very helpful! I had a car accident and was immediately attended. The person taking care of my case was very attentive of my health status and of my needs. Case is still active however they still keep me updated not like other lawyers who forget about you and don’t even communicate what is going on! I also was offer a rental car the very same day didn’t even have to call my insurance everything was done through them. Best representatives so far. Strongly recommend this firm!

If there were negative stars I would give Rahnama that rating. They are terrible. Carina at the Oxnard office was very unprofessional... Would not take calls... Would not return calls... Made assurances that they would assist me while I was in town, which was only for less than a week, and never followed through. Caused stress and anxiety throughout the family with their poor service and communications. Appeared that they were in Law for their own gain at the cost of clients.

I had decide to go with this law firm because it was recomended by my husbands co-worker. They talked highly of them but i thought differently after being with them for 5 monyhs. Never got a called back when i called by the person handling my case. The girls from oxnard where actually nice and willing to help all the time. Thre actual attorney wanted to settle my case after 5 months. He didnt even know what was wrong with me until i had told him and opened my chart rt. Infront of me. He told me to settle for 20 thousand and run with it . at this point i knew he was in it for easy money. He doesnt care about you. I needed three surgery and he thinks 20,000 sounds fair enough for me to get, i think not! Fired him the next day.... Was not good enough for me!!!!

I’ve never been in an accident before in my life, i did not know what to do i was scared and in pain. Luckily a friend gave me this contact and guided me in the right direction. After calling and getting in touch with Maricela Hernandez i felt much relieved because she gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions, not only that she got me in therapy right away and got my vehicle appraised and into the shop. I believe in word of mouth referrals; I was hit on my motorcycle by an SUV and asked a neighborhood businessman if he knew of a law firm that could help me. He connected me with John Nojima. The day after my accident when I was laid up at home, John came to my home and took my statement of what happened. The firm then arranged doctor appointments to get me the best care and physical therapy. I was kept in the loop at all times, and I had to do a minimum amount of work and running around. It took a little over a year to settle my case and the outcome has been very satisfactory. The firm is responsible, caring, and very smart. My attorney with the firm was Jon Davidi. He is a very caring and bright man. I recommend Lederer and Nojima highly!

I was referred to Josh and his firm a few years ago by a consulting attorney who received a finders fee but had no other affiliation with my case other then receiving 15% of my settlement. Everything he said seemed to be legit I sent over all my documents as I was suing a large security company (can't give exact name) he reviewed them and took my case. For years he really didn't do much and was fairly unresponsive and almost unreachable. He would always task me with speaking with his assistant who was not helpful whatsoever!!!I never had much communication with them unless I called Josh on his cell phone which he always was "on lunch" and rushed me off the phone in a very insolent manner. I honestly do not know what they did all these years I never heard from them it was impossible to reach them and they never had updates for me. My case was a slam dunk this company withheld wages from me for years and incorrectly paid me when they actually did pay me so much so they have over 10 other pending cases against them. When we did get to negotiations these guys are novice level negotiators one time they said to me "they will only give us this and usually dont pay more then this for these type of cases". ARE YOU SERIOUS?? your job is to at least bare minimum make me whole this company stole thousands of dollars from me ILLEGALLY and that is your strategy? One time Josh even tried to quit and pass me off to another firm, when it was all said and done they ended up only getting me a VERY TINY settlement and then of that tiny settlement they took 3/4 of it. We fought on the phone about it and even when I did give in because I was just going to leave it and not accept it at all they didn't want to give it to me without my social so they held it ransom for that. I have had several lawyers and that has not happened to me. All in all Josh Haffner is the WORST LAWYER I have ever come in contact with and this felt semi-illegal how I was dealt with I could have done this myself and received much better results which is what I was thinking about doing however they persuaded me otherwise wish I would have.

Josh Haffner represented me in a personal injury case. We ended up settling the case after mediation. I have absolutely no complaints about Josh. He is patient, compassionate, and kind. Josh was always accessible and returned phone calls/emails immediately, even over weekends or in the evening. He was able to answer any questions and explain the legal processes (which my prior consul was not). He kept me informed every step of the way. Josh is extremely competent. He obtained expert witnesses, was aware of insurance loopholes (which my prior attorney was not), and was able to obtain a settlement offer 15 times the offer obtained by my prior attorney!!! I would highly recommend Josh to anyone in need of legal representation. I feel very fortunate that he was able to take on my case.

They took the case and went to bat for me , responded to you always on any questions that you had.
