You don't have Glassdoor account so this is the only place I can share my review so applicants and prospective clients would be aware. I was an employee for Citywide Law Group for two days, I sent a copy of a document to a client (while checking and letting know the supervising attorney about it before sending it out) , because every case is the client's case and the client should always know and confirm what form is being sent on their behalf and what is going on in their case. I got a very shocked response from the supervising attorney that YOU DON'T SEND A COPY TO THE CLIENT. Why shouldn't client know what's going on in the case? Why is that a secret? I have enough experience and knowledge about American Bar Association (ABA) rules conducting communication with the clients to know that you ALWAYS send a copy to the client and should ALWAYS be transparent with everything going on in the case with clients. 10 minutes later, I got a call from the partners letting me go for not being a good fit for the position. I have enough experience to know from the field's experts and ethical practices that this is neither ethical nor moral practice. I'm glad I got a chance to be aware of how unethical this practice is early on, and I want the prospective clients to ALWYS ASK FOR COPIES and every records being filed with the court or being send out to the opposing counsel. This is YOUR case and you need to PROTECT it.

Gotten myself in a car accident about a year ago and I wasn't at fault. Even though I haven't got any serious damages to myself but still I went to the hospital just to make sure. I reached out to this firm today because of the positive reviews and seemingly good fit in expertise. After I described my situation to the man who answered the phone, I got a rather curt response. Nothing wrong if they don't handle that type of case but the condescending attitude and and total lack of professionalism on that call was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for. I asked if he could kindly perhaps give me some direction to the type of firm or maybe even a colleague that might be a fit and was hung up on. Maybe they are competent but the lack of empathy and professionalism of their staff is alarming. I'm moving on.

My point of contact was Jessie Creed, from the first time we met we had belief that our case was going to be handled professionally and with care. They did not disappoint, not only were we kept in the loop and updated all this took place during a covid pandemic. The firm was reassuring and far exceeded our expectations. Looking back I could not think of a better firm to handle our case . My family is now in a better place in life not only monetarily but emotionally as well.
