You can never get through with your case manager. Case manager was changed every week. Emails were not answered. When finally speaking to someone lawyer was rude. They totally screwed us. You don't have Glassdoor account so this is the only place I can share my review so applicants and prospective clients would be aware. I was an employee for Citywide Law Group for two days, I sent a copy of a document to a client (while checking and letting know the supervising attorney about it before sending it out) , because every case is the client's case and the client should always know and confirm what form is being sent on their behalf and what is going on in their case. I got a very shocked response from the supervising attorney that YOU DON'T SEND A COPY TO THE CLIENT. Why shouldn't client know what's going on in the case? Why is that a secret? I have enough experience and knowledge about American Bar Association (ABA) rules conducting communication with the clients to know that you ALWAYS send a copy to the client and should ALWAYS be transparent with everything going on in the case with clients. 10 minutes later, I got a call from the partners letting me go for not being a good fit for the position. I have enough experience to know from the field's experts and ethical practices that this is neither ethical nor moral practice. I'm glad I got a chance to be aware of how unethical this practice is early on, and I want the prospective clients to ALWYS ASK FOR COPIES and every records being filed with the court or being send out to the opposing counsel. This is YOUR case and you need to PROTECT it.
