I hired The Mason Law Firm after I was involved in an automobile accident. I was shaken, injured, and not quite sure what I needed to do next. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, thoughtful, and highly professional - In a nutshell, this was my experience with Robert Mansour and his associates. Contacting an attorney is nerve wracking enough (at least for me) and I’ve had to deal with quite a few for various services. Contacting Rob’s office and setting up an appointment was the most seamless and, dare I say, “enjoyable” call that I’ve had to make in a while. Maria answered the phone and took down all the relevant information that Rob would need in order to help me with my situation. Specifically, pertaining to Proposition 19 and its impact on inherited property. I had NO idea what to ask about specifically but Maria was very patient and made my ramblings into coherent notes. She said that she would discuss with Robert when he was free and get back to me about setting up an appointment, which she did in less than 30 minutes. During the call with Rob, he could not be easier to speak with yet still very direct-to-the-point. Rob let me know what he thought my concerns were and, once I confirmed that I agreed, he went through his recommended solutions/options. Beyond his legal advice, Rob also leveraged his experience to let me know about certain pitfalls that might happen based upon family dynamics, emotions, etc. I truly appreciated his sharing his experiences with me since these issues never had occurred to me… things like how family dynamics might be great now, but money has a way of changing that, issues that can arise during probate if you are not comfortable addressing uncomfortable issues like certain assets and how they should be inherited and by whom, etc. It was this part of our call that I found most helpful and proved to me that Rob’s experience and his ability to personalize "legalese” would prove invaluable. Unfortunately, Rob was not able to take my case because I live in a county far away from his practice and he felt that I would be better served with a more local attorney, one that would be more familiar with the nuances of the county in which I live. I really appreciated his honesty and candor. It turned out that he was correct because there are certain processes and procedures in our county that are slightly different from the counties that Rob currently serves. Frankly, it was such a positive experience, I just might try to convince my wife that we need to move to Santa Clarita during our golden years just so that we can have Rob do our estate planning! ;)

Ms. Takagi represented my personal injury case last year and I'm glad I found her! A car hit me on my bike and I reached out to her personal injury firm, unsure of what steps to take. My bike was totaled and my arm broken. Ms. Takagi and her entire office were extremely helpful, patient and responsive with my husband and I, every step of the way. A person who I believe is an attorney with this firm, Mr. Fuchs, called my personal cell phone, and after he identified himself, I heard the receiver hang up. I tried calling back (voice mail all three times) and found that this was the firm. He must have been calling from an inside line or his cell. When I found the phone number for the law firm (as opposed to Mr. Fuch's line) and called it, a male answered, and when I asked who he was, he refused initially to identify himself. What kind of a business is this? Our household is grieving due to an impending death, and for them to be so rude, bodes very badly for the way that this law firm treats the general public. I would not touch this law firm with a ten-foot barge pole due to the rude manner in which they treat others.

I was in a really bad car accident and I knew it wasn’t my fault but the insurance company told me that they performed an “investigation” and determined that the accident was my fault. I knew I needed an attorney. I called about 10 different law firms and I liked Tommy Troncoso the best out of all of them so I hired him to represent me. He really fought hard for me in my case and got the insurance company to admit that the other person was 100% at fault and I was 0%. My case settled and I was really happy with the amount of money I got. The money is really going to help me and my family. Tommy was honest with me the entire way through the case and a nice guy and always made me feel welcomed when I went to his office, kind of like a family atmosphere. I’d recommend him to everybody. I was involved in a car accident when another driver made a left turn in front of me. The accident was not my fault but the other driver’s insurance company was giving me the run around and saying I caused the accident. I was injured, my car was wrecked and the other driver’s insurance company refused to pay for anything. It was clear that I needed a good lawyer. I hired Tommy based on my best friend’s recommendation and I am VERY happy I did. During the entire process Tommy was kind, caring compassionate, and honest. I’ve heard horror stories about attorneys screaming at their clients but Tommy was always so nice and respectful. I felt like he really cared about me and he didn’t see me as a quick paycheck. I also have to mention his paralegal, Marla. She’s seriously one of the nicest people I’ve met. Tommy kept me informed during the entire process and he returned all of my phone calls. He didn’t pawn me off on a secretary or assistant. He personally returned all of my phone calls. He’s also really intelligent and knows his stuff and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. This really put me at ease. In the end, Tommy really fought hard for me. He was able to convince the insurance company that the other driver caused the accident and he got them to accept full responsibility. He got my car fixed and I received a very generous settlement which I was really happy with. I received a lot more money than I expected. I am so grateful for all of the hard work that Tommy put into my case.

5/7/2020 Where do I start. Three years ago, I was involved with a life changing experience. I was a victim of a property accident on the eve of new years. As a result of my accident I had multiple injuries. Some of the scars you were able to see, and others were not so easy to see or explain. I was just a couple months out of high school, with the world at my fingertips, but unfortunately due to the injuries of the accident life around me stopped. Things that were once easy for me began to become difficult. My mother, scared and worried for my health and wellbeing reached out to the Mandell brothers for help and advise. Days after I was released from the hospital, Larry Mandell drove more than two hours to our home to hear our story. Immediately after our visit, Larry got the ball rolling, seeking out those responsible for my injures. Along the way I met Larry's brother Rob, and just like Larry, Rob was diligent and aggressive in the pursuit of justice. My case was a three year battle through litigation, and at times the weight of my case became much for me to handle, at times I wanted to give up, but Larry and his brother Rob would not allow the negligence of those responsible go un-checked. The legal system can be very intimidating through the process of any case. In my case, there were times that I would have to sit across the table with the other side's attorneys and insurance companies (super intimidating) while they questioned me and my family. While the other side used invasive tactics of intimidation to try to dismantle the integrity of our case. The Mandell brothers did not waiver, instead they stood strong, and operated in truth while disputing the claims of the other side. They never backed down from my fight, and when it came time to safeguard the integrity of me and my family, the Mandell brothers were always ready for the battle. As a victim it's important for your story to be told the way you want it. With the Mandell Brothers that was not a problem, they got it right. They took countless hours making sure they understood who I truly was, by contacting friends, family and even past associates. Outside of the case, Larry became a real friend and a mentor to me. He would call randomly -on a week-to-week basis just to ask how I was doing, and also to give me weekly updates on my case. Most importantly he would also ask for my input on certain decisions that would have to be made regarding the case. On my bad days, when I needed someone to vent to, Larry was my outlet, and he always knew the right words to say to cheer me up. Above just lawyers these men are not like most. They operate in integrity, humility and are the true definition of what justice should look like. When my life took a turn for the worst, it is my belief that God sent his best to answer the call, and I could not be happier with the outcome of my case. Because of the Mandell brothers my life has been forever changed, and because of their efforts I will be taken care of medically and financially for the rest of my life! I had to post a great review for Drake Law Firm. I was not expecting a law firm to treat me so warmly. My case wasn't exactly a big money maker but it made no difference. Benjamin Drake always spoke to me if I needed guidance. His assistant, Nathan, counseled and helped so much that I now consider him a friend. I worked with Ben Drake directly on my case and he took care of everything, including finding me a great surgeon for my injury. It was a relief to not have to worry about all of that when I already was stressed and not at my normal capacity. After the surgery and everything was complete, Ben negotiated a great settlement with the other person's insurance for me. Obviously I would have preferred to have never got my arm injured in the first place, but nothing you can do about that. I have since referred a few friends that were in need of an attorney to Ben and they had similar experiences.
