I decided to go through this law firm because of the good reviews and it was the biggest mistake. Keep looking do NOT hire this company. Absolutely no communication. You can never get through with your case manager. Case manager was changed every week. Emails were not answered. When finally speaking to someone lawyer was rude. They totally screwed us. Gotten myself in a car accident about a year ago and I wasn't at fault. Even though I haven't got any serious damages to myself but still I went to the hospital just to make sure. I believe in word of mouth referrals; I was hit on my motorcycle by an SUV and asked a neighborhood businessman if he knew of a law firm that could help me. He connected me with John Nojima. The day after my accident when I was laid up at home, John came to my home and took my statement of what happened. The firm then arranged doctor appointments to get me the best care and physical therapy. I was kept in the loop at all times, and I had to do a minimum amount of work and running around.
