I was told I had a $75k case that went to Zero. I supplied all the documents they requested and was told the file was complete and ready for litigation. They sat on the file for over 1 year. I would email them for updates regularly and was told everything was complete and each case was being handled individually. Two weeks before the deadline to file I am contacted by another representative stating we needed to determine if I had a case or not. WHAT??? I was told I needed credit card statements before and after the discontinued use of medication they were pursuing. All accounts had been charged off as I was preparing to file for Chapter 7. While I was assured the file was complete for over 1 year had I known they needed these before and after statements I could have easily obtained these. Not when they have been charged off and sent to collection agencies and lawyers for collection. Now they did offer to obtain these documents from my creditors but with me myself being in Banking as a career myself I knew these documents would not be received in time and I told them to just forget it. A great deal of my time and some expenses went into supplying the documents they requested and to be told the file was complete until the last couple weeks shows someone there dropped the ball or surely were not doing their jobs. I was not offered anything for their mistakes and still hold all of the emails telling me the file was complete and ready to go. Nowhere as it turned out.

They were talking very nasty about me as I overheard them in the back mentioning my skin tone. I really hope they aren’t discriminating clients based on skin tones. As this would be a racial matter. The moment my wife and I called and spoke to Gary Eisenberg, we knew we chose an amazing attorney and human being who was going to help me 110% with being hit by another driver and getting me to really great doctors and physical therapists!!
