Found Stephen Dial on the internet, not many reviews but first call gave me alot of assurance they cared. helping me with communicating with medical and insurance professionals along with documented follow up has given me the most relief. Friendly staff and Mr Dial available for tough questions. My recovery and treatment is always at the forefront of every call. Its so obvious they care, and you can't fake that. I would refer them to anyone with a work comp our personal injury, without hesitation.

I would not recommend! My case took too long to settle. Once it settled, it took over three months to get paid, Not only that but per my agreement with Mr. Dial I'd get a certain amount for my case once he and the doctors were paid. Once settled, Mr. Dial decided that our previous agreement was no longer valid and decided to settle my case for less than agreed. When I argued this situation he became very furious threatening me to either agree with him or he'd drop my case and put a lien on it for his services. This was a very uncomfortable situation to be in with the "professional" who's supposed to be representing you. There are good people working in that office, but employee turnover is so high, that you never know who you'll talk to next. I truly believe there are good lawyers out there, unfortunately this one is not one of them!!

To make a long story short, workman's comp tries to take advantage of you. They will send you to a Doctor that will give you the least amount of care. I was released 100% from the Doctor they sent me to after just 4 weeks of physical therapy. I had a torn labrum, A shoulder injury.I could barley move my arm without pain. I am a nurse that works in surgery. I need my shoulder to work. Jacob and the Invictus Law team all helped me through the many questions I had with easy to understand explanation. They got me the help I deserved as well as take care of all the legal stuff. In the end I was deemed 21% disabled so I was able to get a nice settlement. Thank You all very much!! You Rock!! Don't be fooled by Greg's youthful appearance! He may look like he is twelve years old, but he is one one heck of an attorney! I am extremely happy with with his services which sounds like an oxymoron, I know! Seriously, happy with a lawyer??? He was intelligent, knowledgeable, honest and real. He took the time during our initial phone conversation to answer all my questions BEFORE I retained his services! He also took time to answer legal questions for me NOT regarding my case without charging me anything. He clearly outlined the process for me and did everything accordingly without any surprises or extra fees. Gregg was not only very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, but he also took a personal interest in assisting us with our legal situation. Greg explained in detail step by step the legal process of our case and what would happen. He listened to our needs and responded in kind. Razavi Law Group took my case when multiple attorneys told me that my case wasn’t worth taking. I was injured in an auto accident but with Covid-19 I wasn’t able to be seen. Kiran is a godsend. Period. Being in the courtroom with her for my trial made me realize how lucky I was to have her as my attorney. We won the case today against the defendant and believe me when I say this, it was hell and there was no room for me to even consider winning this case.
