Awful service. You never talk to the attorney or even meet him. Very shady work , lots of lying , & back tracking. They convientally never recieved my emails although I have them all with the date & time I sent them. I talked to like 3 different "associates" on the phone & they never remember anything I have contacted them about. I tried discontinuing my case with them although they're still asking for my medical documentation even after my medical insurance informed me not to. I now have an actual new lawyer not with this firm who is helping me.

I deeply regret hiring Tous. They did absolutely nothing for me. I took my case to a real attorney that pointed out a long list of mistakes and failures made by this firm on my behalf. He advertises as being a workers comp specialist yet is not listed as such with the bar association.
