I was named in a bogus civil lawsuit--actually more like a shake down. Sagi represented me and got me dismissed with prejudice (finality - they can't pursue me in the future). The plaintiff was clearly trying to get me to settle and pay him off rather than incur the ruinous expense of going to trial. I was tempted at first to do just that -- to settle, but Sagi assured me the case had no merit and that I would ultimately be dismissed from the suit, so I hired him. So glad I did!
