I can say this from experience if you got hurt on the job you're definitely going to need a lawyer. I was hurt before and didn't hire lawyer until in the middle of the process and found out I could have made it a lot easier if I would have hired a lawyer in the beginning technically the insurance company doesn't work for you they injured worker nor does the clinic that they send you to or the doctor the clinic sends you to have to remember all these people work for the company.
