We had the pleasure of working with Eiman Rejali. Our son is disabled and lives in his own home with 2 staff every shift in a 24 hour day. The young couple who moved in next to him would yell horrible things to our son with Autism & Epilepsy. They would bang on his door constantly and yell at the staff. It got to the point our female staff were afraid to walk to their car because the guy would yell at them with made up stories. We have ring at our son’s home and caught most incidents on tape. When he yelled at my husband, my husband would ignore him. Then he would say , aren’t you going to address me?? Really?? How can you rationalize with someone like that?!? We got desperate for the safety of my son and staff. We called Mr. Eiman Rejali. He quickly got us to his office for a consultation. After sharing our side and showing him our videos, Eiman quickly got a temporary restraining order against them. It was so nice and peaceful when they got served. After roughly 4 months. They moved to another state. Life is good. During this extremely stressful time, Eiman was very detailed and kept us posted on every step of the way. I had plenty of questions and yet, Eiman never made me felt bothered or like I was asking a stupid question!! He’s very prompt with returning phone calls. He also very easy and patient to work with. I can’t begin to tell you just how much we felt that we were in good hands. If we ever need help in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to contact Eiman again. ????????

I highly recommend Eiman for any legal matters. I was facing potentially 3 years sentence for a 3rd DUI with 8 charges. He was able to convince the judge that what I needed most was an alcohol treatment program. The outcome was 180 days of ankle monitoring and 30 days of custody with completion of alcohol treatment program. Words cant explain how grateful I am for his around the clock availability and his commitment to protecting my future. Thank You Eiman.

We were referred by a family friend who has faced many injury attorneys in San Diego and throughout the country. We are very grateful. Three+ years ago my husband was rear ended by a truck on the freeway and was pushed into the car in front of him. He injured his shoulder, neck, back and head resulting in surgery, chronic pain, PTSD & mild brain injury (post concussion syndrome). He has had some improvement but still suffers from chronic pain and brain deficiencies. We are looking at a life changed for the worse. Received a call today from the Attorney that was representing me for my personal injury case. Long Story short it was the first call I received in 7 months the communication was terrible with this firm. To put the cherry on top I was told my case was being tossed they no longer wanted to move forward. After 7 months of me hearing absolutely nothing. Find a firm that actually cares about you, and a firm that won’t treat you like a number with a paycheck attached. These people are extremely unprofessional This review is Not fake I was trying to keep names out of it but since you want to play that game Mr. Jordan Duran was handling my case. Had a 20 minute conversation with him yesterday. He sucks as an attorney, and his communication skills are very poor

A huge thank you to this team that really helped out at a very unfortunate time. I got hit by a car, which turned into a lengthy battle with the other driver's insurance company, but even more so a hard recovery from the accident. Mr. Aminpour and Ms. Grover were there every step of the way, handling much of the endless paperwork, but also helping me get the medical help that I needed. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have gotten the surgery I needed to truly recover, and for that I am endlessly grateful! And of course they battled fearlessly to get me the highest settlement I was entitled to, all while avoiding me having to step foot in any courtroom setting. 100% unsatisfied. Was given an ultimatum to settle or to find another attorney by King himself. Found out from other attorneys that he is not a litigation attorney and doesn't fight for cases. Big regret. In a world of covid, where I choose to do physical therapy at home instead of being in close contact with a therapist to rehabilitate, my case was not worth "fighting for" so expose yourself so you can have a better case if you hire King. And don't expect litigation.

Justin Walker is a confident and experienced trial lawyer who does not fear the big corporate world. On one occasion during the depositions with the defendant, I said to myself: I’m glad Justin is on my side of the case and not against me. As any experienced lawyer, Mr. Walker is quick at picking up and understanding critical details. Even though it is usually difficult in the current corporate environment to prove discrimination, Mr. Walker took my case with the understanding that the law prohibits retaliation as much as discrimination. All other lawyers that I consulted prior to Mr. Walker did not see retaliation as a basis for my case. A poster in Mr. Walker’s office depicting a young boy, fearlessly facing a large roaring grisly bear, is a perfect description of Justin Walker’s attitude and determination. I highly recommend Mr. Walker for any legal labor issues.

I was in an accident July 2019 and immediately signed with Taylor. I truly cannot say enough about how amazing this entire firm is. While my case was being worked on, I had the pleasure of working with Paul, Dan, and Taylor. They made it clear that my recovery and health were their main concern. The owner of this firm Vikas Bajaj pled guilty last week in Federal Court. You can find someone better than a convicted criminal to represent you on this case. I have talked to him before and he was not a nice guy in my opinion.

*** My review from Yelp for Brett on 08/02/2015, I recently need his help again and my experience is consistent with 6 year ago so I decide to have previous and updated review to help other people that need his help. Summary: You are in good hand if you choose Brett to represent your case! This is my first Yelp and I do not want to leave my footprint online. However, I feel like Brett deserve a solid 5 stars and I hope it would help others to find good attorney. I got hit by a car when walking across an the street near Mesa College. After being discharged from hospital, it was so frustrated to find a good attorney. I did my search, reach out some friend for recommendation, read reviews, consulting with 3-4 attorneys. Doing research to find a good attorney is stressful while I was on recovery and catching up with work. Some attorney representative just try to get my case by making me sign the paperwork right away or over promise and not discussing much about fee, the law lingo, and their approach on my case. It took me a week to research, consider and learn about the process. I end up choosing Brett because his assessment on my case seem very honest and straight forward. Also he is very clear about (1) worst case settlement (2) his rate (3) his approach on dealing with my case (4) he is not using any scare tactic or pressure to try to make me get into signing paperwork right away. At first, we got a moderate range settlement offer. He respected my decision if I want to that settlement and willing to reduce his fee so that I can get a fair portion. And he gave his suggestion about a fair compensation and we go forward with it. We end up getting a better settlement offer and he also negotiate my insurance for me. Overall, I am happy with his service. I think he is trustworthy and considerate. I would recommend him to my friend (but I hope my friend wont get into accident lol). *** My recent experience Feb 20 2021: I got rear ended full speed since a driver behind me failed to slow down with traffic. I reached out to Brett right away through email on weekend and luckily he response to me with good consultation. We do not have a case for now so everything going through auto insurance.
