The owner of this firm Vikas Bajaj pled guilty last week in Federal Court. You can find someone better than a convicted criminal to represent you on this case. I have talked to him before and he was not a nice guy in my opinion.

Justin Walker is a confident and experienced trial lawyer who does not fear the big corporate world. On one occasion during the depositions with the defendant, I said to myself: I’m glad Justin is on my side of the case and not against me. As any experienced lawyer, Mr. Walker is quick at picking up and understanding critical details. Even though it is usually difficult in the current corporate environment to prove discrimination, Mr. Walker took my case with the understanding that the law prohibits retaliation as much as discrimination. All other lawyers that I consulted prior to Mr. Walker did not see retaliation as a basis for my case. Getting injured in a car accident is terrible, but getting auto insurance companies to be fair after the fact is even worse! In October I was hit by an uninsured motorist that did severe damage to my body and vehicle. Being this was my first motor vehicle accident I wasn't sure how to go about dealing with insurance companies and motorists without insurance.
