I got into a car accident about a year ago and after working with this office it played out really smoothly. I was able to go about my daily business without much concern and only the occasional call for important information. The lawyer made sure to take the time to explain everything thoroughly in order to ensure we were satisfied with the direction of the case and even made the extra effort to push for our extra needs and requests within the case. Paul bates law firm team really made sure we were well taken care of. My father and I were in a car accident where there was lots of bills and insurance information to be taken care of . Just to say the least I had just given birth 7 weeks prior to the accident it was just a horrible time and neither my father or I wanted to spend time on the phone. There was blood and canine teeth on the ground. There was growling as the younger, bigger dog attacked my 15 yr. old companion, Max. For the second time. I tried to break it up. Neighbors came to our rescue. I saw the blood running down my arm, and felt the sting of puncture wounds and abrasions. A friend said, "sue." I had no experince in doing so, she did and even drove me to Fox Law, her Personal Injury attorney. I met with Dave Fox and he introduced me to Chris Hendricks who would be handling the case. I was immediately put at ease, all my questions were answered in way I could understand. Chris was quick to respond to the documents and photos I sent. It was easy as everything was accomplished by email. I was impressed and humbled by this prestigious firm, Fox Law willing to take on such a small case as a dog fight. *** My review from Yelp for Brett on 08/02/2015, I recently need his help again and my experience is consistent with 6 year ago so I decide to have previous and updated review to help other people that need his help. Summary: You are in good hand if you choose Brett to represent your case! This is my first Yelp and I do not want to leave my footprint online. However, I feel like Brett deserve a solid 5 stars and I hope it would help others to find good attorney. I got hit by a car when walking across an the street near Mesa College. After being discharged from hospital, it was so frustrated to find a good attorney. I did my search, reach out some friend for recommendation, read reviews, consulting with 3-4 attorneys. Doing research to find a good attorney is stressful while I was on recovery and catching up with work. Some attorney representative just try to get my case by making me sign the paperwork right away or over promise and not discussing much about fee, the law lingo, and their approach on my case. It took me a week to research, consider and learn about the process. I end up choosing Brett because his assessment on my case seem very honest and straight forward. Also he is very clear about (1) worst case settlement (2) his rate (3) his approach on dealing with my case (4) he is not using any scare tactic or pressure to try to make me get into signing paperwork right away. At first, we got a moderate range settlement offer. He respected my decision if I want to that settlement and willing to reduce his fee so that I can get a fair portion. And he gave his suggestion about a fair compensation and we go forward with it. We end up getting a better settlement offer and he also negotiate my insurance for me. Overall, I am happy with his service. I think he is trustworthy and considerate. I would recommend him to my friend (but I hope my friend wont get into accident lol). *** My recent experience Feb 20 2021: I got rear ended full speed since a driver behind me failed to slow down with traffic. I reached out to Brett right away through email on weekend and luckily he response to me with good consultation. We do not have a case for now so everything going through auto insurance. Again, I was impressed by his help. If anybody I know is unlucky to get into a serious accident, I would definitely recommend Brett Peterson without any hesitation.

I received great service and help from Hamparyan Law Services. I was involved in a motor accident and had no idea what the next steps were. Before even signing on, my Attorney Aida Van Herk assisted me with the next steps through the whole process. I personally felt I was being taken advantage of by the other motorist’s insurance so I asked for their help. There were some unfortunate circumstances with the police report and making some doctor’s appointments but Aida was never deterred and worked to get everything sorted. After all the pricy medical costs, Aida was able to get me all the compensation needed to pay my medical bills from both the motorists insurance as well as from my own.
