A person ran a red light and totaled my car. I had a baby in the car, my mother and myself. Luckily my baby was ok but my mother and went to the doctor for months after the accident because both of us were in alot of pain. The insurance offered a low settlement and this lawyer after trying to get more money recommended we settle. I wanted to go to court but he said it would cost more to do that?
