He told me that he is going to be retiring soon, which sounds like he just wants easy wins. He should probably retire early if that’s how he is going to treat potential clients. My mom and I were in a car crash about two years ago. When we decided to hire a lawyer to help us navigate the difficult process, we found Mike on Google. I have never been in an accident like this and within 2 days of trying to deal with insurance companies I realized this was going to be a much bigger battle than I anticipated. I have been rear-ended twice since I have moved to Colorado and both times the legal team here was immensely helpful with both cases. The first law firm I called after my first accident wanted me to go to the police station to get a copy of the police report. I explained to them that I was just in a bad accident and had no car to do that. They pretty much said they can't help me until I get that. So I called Bendinelli and they said they couldn't believe how unprofessional they were and immediately started working on my case being sympathetic to the condition I was in. I recommend them to everyone who has been in an accident in Colorado. I honestly don't know how people handle car accidents without the help of a legal team like this. Fingers crossed this is my last car accident but if not I'm going right back to them. Couldn't ask for a better legal team.

I was in a car accident in 2017 and hurt my hip, I was in college at the time and reached out to a few attorneys for help with the case. Out of the 5 or 6 I called, Todd was the only person who actually sat down and listened to and took on my case. Everyone else I called told me it would not amount to much and therefor was unwilling to take on my case. In the end, the accident did result in surgery for me and Todd was able to get me the full amount from the car insurance companies and I am extremely grateful for all that he has done! If anything else were to happen, he would be the first person I call and I would 100% recommend him to anyone else. Todd and the whole team were also extremely patient and communicative with me throughout the case when I had questions.

After being in a car accident for which I was not at fault that had a significantly negative impact on my quality of life, I could not have asked for a more genuinely kind, determined, experienced and organized team to support me than the Tenge Law firm in Boulder. I was completely overwhelmed by the process of taking care of myself, my medical bills, my vehicle and my employment, and I didn’t know where to turn. After I was rear-ended in a car accident, I found Brian at Cook, Bradford, and Levy through a friend who had heard good things about the firm - that they were 'down to earth,' friendly and attentive with their clients. That has been my experience as well. At my first meeting, Brian listened to me - really listened - and he was kind, encouraging and completely supportive from the get go. I didn't know how the legal process worked, and Brian walked me through it step-by-step, while I was focused on my recovery process. He checked in with me often to see how I was doing, and was there to talk through all of my questions and help me figure out next steps. It was a rough time - physically, mentally, emotionally - and Brian was a huge support through it all. I was seriously injured three years ago at a local business. Do not hire this law firm! It is one of my life's biggest regrets. I have waited 2 and a half years to settle my case and it is still not finished! My treatment concluded 4 months after the wreck and I am still being given the run around. They have put me off and put me off despite me having lost everything; my job, my home, mobility. I was hot by a commercial vehicle on my way to work and taken by ambulance to the hospital for my injuries, which are extensive and will haunt me the rest of my life. Finally a month ago I was told there was an offer made in response to thier package for a mere 4k more than my medical bills! I could have gotten that without a lawyer and within a much shorter timeline! I would have come out with more money without lawyers fees for a firm who has done nothing but botch my case. My case has been handled with complete carelessness from the beginning. Both my daughters went to Frank Azar and urged me to do the same. They both settled within a few months for more than I'm offered and niether were near as hurt. These guys are smooth takers telling me my case was with $150k when they signed me. My offer is for $34k of which I will get very little. Hiring the wrong law firm has hurt my life far more than the wreck even did. Don't waste your time!!
