I reached out to this company as I didn't know where to start with fighting an insurance company. I had tried for months to do it on my own, but never got anywhere. I called and was surprised how fast they transferred me to a very competent lawyer who was happy to help. I felt as though I was talking to a concerned friend, he was genuinely interested in helping. My claim wasn't worth much, but I felt justified in getting what was owed. My light in the dark in this case was Tim; and I must say, I've never liked a lawyer so much. Roger came to meet me after I was in a motor vehicle accident and horribly injured. I interviewed multiple lawyers in the Denver area and none came close to touching Roger's honesty, professionalism, and mastery in law. The months that passed after the accident were the worst time of my life with numerous surgeries and rehabbing. One of the hardest parts was accepting the wounds and visual deformities that I would carry with me for a lifetime. I had hope in Roger and that there would be a light at the end of what seemed like a long dark tunnel. After working together for over 2 years Roger was able to reach a settlement without having to follow through with a lawsuit in the courts. A case like mine could have easily taken twice the amount of time. The outcome surpassed my expectations in each and every way and has changed my life and my future. I am forever grateful to Roger and know in my heart that the outcome would not have been the same (or nearly as fruitful) if any other attorney were to have taken my case. In the early stages of Roger's investigative work he was observant of some verbiage that ultimately won the case. How insightful he was to have found this clause..had it been overlooked the case could have had a completely different outcome. When I has rear-ended while sitting dead still in traffic, the insurance company first tried to say I was not a passenger in the car and after that they came up with all kinds of other stonewalling activities to keep me from obtaining a fair settlement. Roger is very clever and knows how the insurance companies try to give you the run around and is very patient and persistent with the letter of the law. He outsmarted them and squelched the agent at every turn and within a year obtained a settlement I could never have obtained on my own. Roger takes time to give you reasons for his actions and decisions and never proceeds forward without your approval and agreement. He stays calm even when you don't and was a pleasure to work with.

In reality his just trying to get into your head. I heard from previous people that he sells himself to other lawyers to loose your case. I definitely do not recommend.
