This firm sent me a fee agreement to sign and then no calls or emails and just left me in the dark...if i could post the texts i received proving this firm is NOT responsive i would...i was told many times im gonna call you and days go by and no calls...poor poor service to clients!

Hello let’s just start by saying I worked with Mary Salas for one year and not once have she ever ignored my phone calls are needs. She works well under stress if any and very attentively to her cases. I would recommend this law firm to anyone. Mr. William was the same exact way very caring and respectful not to put any other law firm down, but this is the best one I have ever seen in my time. I have worked for numerous of law firms in my past but this is one awesome firm. The WORST attorney's office!!! It's been over 3 years since my children were involved in a car accident and my case has yet to be resolved. I've been extremely patient but every time I call for an update (about 6-8 months) they give me an excuse and play the blame game on others. Waste of money, so unprofessional! Do your research before hiring!! They are very attentive before contract are signed but that is about it. Not once did they communicate with us about the process in the case. Very unprofessional in every step of the way, messages never returned. We had to go thru an extreme embarrassment walking in the our appointment to have them tell us that the attorney has canceled/finished with the case. No communication what so ever. Disgraceful!!

Rich Casey and Sean Walsh are great attorneys, and while you may not want to get in an accident or get injured, you'll definitely want to know them if you do. I have their number in my phone, because if I DO get hit, I really want to call them first to protect my rights. These guys care about your health and your wealth, both of which are at risk if you let someone else's insurance company determine your claim.

I hired Bell and Pollock to represent me concerning my injuries from an accident. Gary Bell represented me. I could not have made a better choice. Gary was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is obvious how much he cares about his clients. I saw him time and time again "fight" for my rights and stand by me. He explained things to me, and not only did he preach a legal game plan to me, meaning strategies to follow, but when I saw and witnessed these strategies implemented to benefit me and carried out my case was something to behold. One of the most impressive things was when he explained what the insurance company would do, and then the insurance company would do it. Gary always had me prepared. Dan Sloan started a possible case then just dropped it for no good reason. I guess he felt he could not work with me! I was not impressed with this guy at all. And saw him as very unprofessional and just looking for excuses to drop the case. Seems he did not have enough confidence in his ability to win! Was hard to work with... Much to sensitive in my opinion and too much in doubt of his abilities. Sorry Dan that you felt my expectations were to high. But guess what anytime a person hires an attorney we want to make sure he will win! So yes our expectations will be higher. Sorry you did not have enough confidence in your ability to win. Larson Larimer Schneider is an awesome firm. I have never had to use an attorney before and was quite nervous about it. My daughter was in a car accident and I was unable to get help for her on my own. COVID only made it more difficult. I called Mark and Haley was seen by a doctor that very next day and a treatment plan was started! Haley is now 100% rehabilitated and received a nice settlement to boot! Their process was very thorough and they were totally hands on! Mark was super to work with and Rose was wonderful, too! They patiently answered every question and were there every step of the way. My case was back in 2016 in a dealings with a car accident that I was not found at fault in. These guys did not have my best interests in mind it was a struggle through out the process. I had went though new paralegals all the time who never were familiar with my file and trying to get any response was like pulling teeth. On top of everything Im going through a home closing and some of the medical bills from my case still showed on my credit years after my case was resolved. I reached out to the collection agencies who happily removed them for me now almost 6 years later and these companies stated to me they were never even asked or noted to be removed by my legal team. I'm not gonna say names but my Laywer was one of the ones named in the practice. My choice to use this practice affected me negatively in the long run and would recommend using another firm as there are better ones out there. I did not leave any review after my case settled and decided to now as this much time has passed and I'm still being negatively affected by my descion to use this practice and I regret it all the time.
