As I was unable to walk for almost four months, this impacted my work severely, as my profession is a very physical job. Several times I just wanted to drop the whole thing. I was in a car accident in 2017 and hurt my hip, I was in college at the time and reached out to a few attorneys for help with the case. Out of the 5 or 6 I called, Todd was the only person who actually sat down and listened to and took on my case. Everyone else I called told me it would not amount to much and therefor was unwilling to take on my case. In the end, the accident did result in surgery for me and Todd was able to get me the full amount from the car insurance companies and I am extremely grateful for all that he has done! If anything else were to happen, he would be the first person I call and I would 100% recommend him to anyone else. Todd and the whole team were also extremely patient and communicative with me throughout the case when I had questions.

After I was rear-ended in a car accident, I found Brian at Cook, Bradford, and Levy through a friend who had heard good things about the firm - that they were 'down to earth,' friendly and attentive with their clients. That has been my experience as well. At my first meeting, Brian listened to me - really listened - and he was kind, encouraging and completely supportive from the get go. I didn't know how the legal process worked, and Brian walked me through it step-by-step, while I was focused on my recovery process. He checked in with me often to see how I was doing, and was there to talk through all of my questions and help me figure out next steps. It was a rough time - physically, mentally, emotionally - and Brian was a huge support through it all. He always said, "We've got your back - just do what you need to do to heal, and we've got the rest" and that is really true. I was seriously injured three years ago at a local business. I have been rear-ended twice since I have moved to Colorado and both times the legal team here was immensely helpful with both cases. The first law firm I called after my first accident wanted me to go to the police station to get a copy of the police report. I explained to them that I was just in a bad accident and had no car to do that. They pretty much said they can't help me until I get that. So I called Bendinelli and they said they couldn't believe how unprofessional they were and immediately started working on my case being sympathetic to the condition I was in. I recommend them to everyone who has been in an accident in Colorado. I honestly don't know how people handle car accidents without the help of a legal team like this. Fingers crossed this is my last car accident but if not I'm going right back to them. Couldn't ask for a better legal team.

When I was rear-ended and injured in May of 2020 I was left with severe back, neck and shoulder pain, trauma, and a car that needed replacing. I also had a slight concussion that made thinking through the kind of details that need thinking through after an accident very stressful. I didn’t know anything about how to deal with lawyers or insurance companies and I was concerned that I wouldn’t what steps to take to ensure I was taken care of. After asking for a referral on Facebook, I called Chris Parks Law and I’m so glad I did. Working with Traci was like nothing I thought I could expect. From day one she was kind, helpful and always there with the guidance I needed to feel confident going through the process. It’s like she has a life mission to help people. Bottom line is, a year after the accident, I had received the care I needed and cashed a check from the other parties’ insurance company for three to four times the amount I thought I might be able to get. And, Traci and Chris Parks Law never charged me one cent. Nothing! Who does that!?
