I run American Heroes in Action, a nonprofit organization that provides all expenses paid outdoor adventures for combat Veterans and injured first responders. We were raising money to provide more all expenses paid adventures to these heroes. I was injured in a car accident in March of 2021. I was hit by a car while crossing in a crosswalk. I sustained significant damage and was hospitalized for 2 months. I just recently started walking again. My attorneys at BACCHUS & SCHANKER have been kind, compassionate, and doggedly determined in helping me win my case. Which we did. Bowman Law is such an amazing law firm. The staff is so helpful and always willing to bend over backwards for others. I highly recommend using Chris Hoffman as your attorney. Chris took on my case and it was a 2 1/2 year process. He was very professional and was patient with answering any questions that I had. He would make sure that I received clear explanations of each question before moving forward. If Chris didn’t think that he could have helped me with my case, he would have never taken it on and would have referred me to another attorney. Chris Hoffman helped me recently with my auto accident case. He fought for me against the insurance company for my underinsured motorist claim and was able to get the best settlement without us having to take it to court. He was professional, a great communicator and easy to talk to. I could tell he really cared about me as a person and not just as a client. He was able to answer any questions or concerns I had and make the whole process as smooth as possible. My case was a complicated case involving litigation in two states and he handled it easily. I'm so happy with the way my case turned out with Baumgartner Law. When I first received a call from the law firm, I felt immediately sympathized with after witnessing the tragic death of my dog from a dog attack and walking away with my own injuries. Sean and his team were working on a similar case already, and I knew I'd be in good hands. So far so good.. he has been very responsive to my friends case. And acted immediately, and I would like to see what the end result is, I pray for a great outcome. My friends case is pretty severe, and he's looking at a very difficult case, but has assured me he will do what he can. Not the cheapest lawyer but... I spoke with a beautiful man... I had some issues about my landlord and this man was so informative it was unbelievable... though he was not able to take my case due to location he was a breath of fresh air.... if there is anyone and I mean anyone that is a person of color and needs help in the Denver area I would definitely request specifically Adam... this man is from New York and he’s knows the truth... i’m telling you this man was an angel... if only The world sees like this man... if only Attorney‘s heart was like this man... I believe police would be very careful on the way they pursue innocent civilian lives... my family is going through pure hell and again though Adam could not help he was very informational.. he was so comforting... this company had the right idea by hiring this wonderful man he will bring in lots of money... get your own law firm Adam!! At first the office was responsive with the information that I needed to provide, which I did, however after some time I did not hear anything about whether the law firm was going to take my case or not. I just recently emailed one of the paralegals that I was in contact with for an update on whether the firm had decided to take my case. I found that my email had been blocked and when I called for assistance I had found that my number had also been blocked. If the firm did not want to take my case it is far easier to call, email, or mail a letter about their decision rather than blocking me and leaving me in the dark. Not impressed with the way this law firm handles business.

I'm a personal injury attorney in Colorado Springs and Teller County. So I know it's so hard to figure out how to hire someone after you or someone you love has been injured in a car accident. There are lawyers on TV, and there are lawyers who have slick websites or other marketing gimmics. And then there are the personal injury attorneys who do not need to advertise. They are so busy because they are caring and talented and therefore in great demand. This is the type of lawyer that David Klibaner is, and you should consider yourself very fortunate if he takes your case. I know he does not rely on posts like this to sell himself, but I just wanted to get the word out there somewhere as a service to the public that David Klibaner is the genuine article.

Sarah Schreiber and her assistant Alicia Collins did a fantastic job working to reach a settlement on my case pre-litigation. The paperwork was always in order, they followed up on everything, and Sarah explained in detail each step of the process so that I did not feel as though I was working in a vacuum. Because I was dealing with a severe concussion for a good chunk of the three-year period I worked with Sawaya, they had a lot of tracking and follow up to do with me to be sure everything was taken care of / signed in a timely manner. This is not my account although. These people were lousy! I worked on my case for three years and I received money only from workmen's comp. For knee injury and they took that money as well. And never won me anything. I felt robbed cause check went to there bank. Then they cut me a smaller check. Money they never worked for! That money was for the part of body part I had injured. Although that was the least of my injuries. Just stay away better luck somewhere else.

CALL ANYONE ELSE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! I called about a worker’s compensation claim and my case is apparently hard and they are not skilled to deal with apparently. This is the second experience sawaya let me down. Told me no and didn’t get to talk to a lawyer. Someone else did while I was on hold though. Then I explained things that they weren’t aware of, obviously, and she decides she’s going to ask him herself again that it might be different. No thanks. Days to respond and if it’s not easy money they don’t want it. Just like most big companies “here to help”. Yeah right. People like me need a lawyer and always get shut down. Because it requires actual skill.
