I can not even begin to explain what a God send Toni Brunetti has been. He was the paralegal that we dealt with thru this really impossible case. Sarah Schreiber and her assistant Alicia Collins did a fantastic job working to reach a settlement on my case pre-litigation. The paperwork was always in order, they followed up on everything, and Sarah explained in detail each step of the process so that I did not feel as though I was working in a vacuum. Because I was dealing with a severe concussion for a good chunk of the three-year period I worked with Sawaya, they had a lot of tracking and follow up to do with me to be sure everything was taken care of / signed in a timely manner. This is not my account although. These people were lousy! I worked on my case for three years and I received money only from workmen's comp. For knee injury and they took that money as well. And never won me anything. I felt robbed cause check went to there bank. Then they cut me a smaller check. Money they never worked for! That money was for the part of body part I had injured. Although that was the least of my injuries. Just stay away better luck somewhere else.

CALL ANYONE ELSE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! I called about a worker’s compensation claim and my case is apparently hard and they are not skilled to deal with apparently. This is the second experience sawaya let me down. Told me no and didn’t get to talk to a lawyer. Someone else did while I was on hold though. Then I explained things that they weren’t aware of, obviously, and she decides she’s going to ask him herself again that it might be different. No thanks. Days to respond and if it’s not easy money they don’t want it. Just like most big companies “here to help”. Yeah right. People like me need a lawyer and always get shut down. Because it requires actual skill.

Boesen Law office is like a family away from home. They took me in at one of the lowest moments in my life. I was injured on the job and the job used a technicality to let me go while I could not preform any duties. They were very good to work with and always answered any questions we had pretty quickly. It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check. I felt like in the end we had to check in more with them or we wasn't going to hear from them for a long time but it was still a more good experience overall.

I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.

Roger came to meet me after I was in a motor vehicle accident and horribly injured. I interviewed multiple lawyers in the Denver area and none came close to touching Roger's honesty, professionalism, and mastery in law. The months that passed after the accident were the worst time of my life with numerous surgeries and rehabbing. One of the hardest parts was accepting the wounds and visual deformities that I would carry with me for a lifetime. I had hope in Roger and that there would be a light at the end of what seemed like a long dark tunnel. After working together for over 2 years Roger was able to reach a settlement without having to follow through with a lawsuit in the courts. A case like mine could have easily taken twice the amount of time. The outcome surpassed my expectations in each and every way and has changed my life and my future. I am forever grateful to Roger and know in my heart that the outcome would not have been the same (or nearly as fruitful) if any other attorney were to have taken my case. In the early stages of Roger's investigative work he was observant of some verbiage that ultimately won the case. How insightful he was to have found this clause..had it been overlooked the case could have had a completely different outcome. I would refer any of my closest loved ones to Roger if they were unfortunate enough to need a personal injury attorney.

When I has rear-ended while sitting dead still in traffic, the insurance company first tried to say I was not a passenger in the car and after that they came up with all kinds of other stonewalling activities to keep me from obtaining a fair settlement. Roger is very clever and knows how the insurance companies try to give you the run around and is very patient and persistent with the letter of the law. He outsmarted them and squelched the agent at every turn and within a year obtained a settlement I could never have obtained on my own. Roger takes time to give you reasons for his actions and decisions and never proceeds forward without your approval and agreement. He stays calm even when you don't and was a pleasure to work with.

I'm a personal injury attorney in Colorado Springs and Teller County. So I know it's so hard to figure out how to hire someone after you or someone you love has been injured in a car accident. There are lawyers on TV, and there are lawyers who have slick websites or other marketing gimmics. And then there are the personal injury attorneys who do not need to advertise. They are so busy because they are caring and talented and therefore in great demand. This is the type of lawyer that David Klibaner is, and you should consider yourself very fortunate if he takes your case. I know he does not rely on posts like this to sell himself, but I just wanted to get the word out there somewhere as a service to the public that David Klibaner is the genuine article.

Babcock Law Firm helped me immensely with my case. When insurance didn't want to pay for surgeries, or wages, or a fair settlement, Mack and his team fought to get me what I needed. Insurance cases aren't fun, especially workmens comp, but Mack and the Babcock Law Firm made sure I got the care I needed, and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. Everyone there takes the time to explain what is going on, what is needed, and all possible outcomes. I highly recommend The Babcock Law Firm! Stephanie Tucker was my lawyer and she made a horrible and stressful experience so much better. Workers compensation took responsibility for my injury until I had to have a major knee surgery, then they tried to say that it was a pre-existing condition from an injury many years previous. I was so stressed, terrified, and devastated. I just could not handle the fight on my own anymore. Stephanie took on my case and took care of everything for me. She was always professional and responded quickly. I did not have to deal with the insurance company anymore, Stephanie got my surgery approved so that I could finally have it done and start my recovery. The fee was reasonable and worth it for the amount of stress she took off of my plate, if you are having trouble with workers comp, give her a call!
