This is not my account although. These people were lousy! I worked on my case for three years and I received money only from workmen's comp. For knee injury and they took that money as well. And never won me anything. I felt robbed cause check went to there bank. Then they cut me a smaller check. Money they never worked for! That money was for the part of body part I had injured. Roger came to meet me after I was in a motor vehicle accident and horribly injured. When I has rear-ended while sitting dead still in traffic, the insurance company first tried to say I was not a passenger in the car and after that they came up with all kinds of other stonewalling activities to keep me from obtaining a fair settlement. Roger is very clever and knows how the insurance companies try to give you the run around and is very patient and persistent with the letter of the law. He outsmarted them and squelched the agent at every turn and within a year obtained a settlement I could never have obtained on my own. Dan Sloan started a possible case then just dropped it for no good reason. I guess he felt he could not work with me! I was not impressed with this guy at all. And saw him as very unprofessional and just looking for excuses to drop the case. Seems he did not have enough confidence in his ability to win! Was hard to work with... Much to sensitive in my opinion and too much in doubt of his abilities. Sorry Dan that you felt my expectations were to high. But guess what anytime a person hires an attorney we want to make sure he will win! So yes our expectations will be higher. Sorry you did not have enough confidence in your ability to win.
