Bowman Law is such an amazing law firm. The staff is so helpful and always willing to bend over backwards for others. I highly recommend using Chris Hoffman as your attorney. Chris took on my case and it was a 2 1/2 year process. He was very professional and was patient with answering any questions that I had. He would make sure that I received clear explanations of each question before moving forward. If Chris didn’t think that he could have helped me with my case, he would have never taken it on and would have referred me to another attorney. Chris did an extensive amount of research to make sure that he was prepared to represent me if we went to court. I’m happy that I was able to use his services and be satisfied with the end result.

Chris Hoffman helped me recently with my auto accident case. He fought for me against the insurance company for my underinsured motorist claim and was able to get the best settlement without us having to take it to court. He was professional, a great communicator and easy to talk to. I could tell he really cared about me as a person and not just as a client. He was able to answer any questions or concerns I had and make the whole process as smooth as possible. My case was a complicated case involving litigation in two states and he handled it easily. He communicated and worked well with me and the other lawyers. He worked on my case from a far, never having met me in person, so distance is not a problem for him. Chris Hoffman was so kind and so helpful! Rich Casey and Sean Walsh are great attorneys, and while you may not want to get in an accident or get injured, you'll definitely want to know them if you do. I have their number in my phone, because if I DO get hit, I really want to call them first to protect my rights. These guys care about your health and your wealth, both of which are at risk if you let someone else's insurance company determine your claim.

I can't really say too much of what he have done for me, because the truth is I just found him like a month ago but wish I had found him years ago... I got injured a few years back and my case still is in the works unfortunately... During that time, I had hired another law firm to represent me. At first it started off as pleasant until they decided to give my case to another attorney without my acknowledge and approval ???? then as time went by things got worse and complicated for me on both injury and lawyer wise. It got to the point where it was difficult for me to work with that law firm so I reached out to Mr. Eley and we met the next day and it was history from there!!! I've only been his client for about a month but he is very professional and always responsive. I don't have to go around trying to find him to communicate with him, and he always up front about what it is that needs to be done when it comes to my case and I love that about him so he definitely gets 5 stars from me. I just hope it stays and continues this way I don't fell like it won't. I honestly feel like my case is finally in good hands but thats a understatement because I feel like my case is in great hands finally!!!????

Cliff Eley has been my lawyer since 2005. I was injured on the job and did not want to get a lawyer. I wanted to handle it on my own but it got to where I needed a surgery that the insurance company denied. Cliff was able to get me the surgery and a great $ettlement. I could tell that his focus was more on my well-being than the money he could make. ... Even though he was already paid in 2005, he did not withdraw and continues to help me whenever the insurance company hassles me, tries to close my case etc... ¡GRACIAS CLIFF!

Honest, respectful, forthright and kind. Four qualities you wouldn’t expect from an attorney. Cliff is an actual workman's compensation attorney, not an ambulance chaser and I would highly recommend him, but hopefully you won’t find yourself in a situation where you would need his services.

I was very wary about seeking advice/representation from a lawyer after my accident. However, after learning I would have to fight the at fault party's insurance company in order for them to reimburse me for my medical treatment, I decided to give it a shot. I'm so happy with the way my case turned out with Baumgartner Law. When I first received a call from the law firm, I felt immediately sympathized with after witnessing the tragic death of my dog from a dog attack and walking away with my own injuries. So far so good.. he has been very responsive to my friends case. And acted immediately, and I would like to see what the end result is, I pray for a great outcome. My friends case is pretty severe, and he's looking at a very difficult case, but has assured me he will do what he can. Not the cheapest lawyer but... When it is somebodies life it's not about the cheapest lawyer and for a difficult case like such, I know the price is not that bad... I will continue to update my review and I hope for the best. I spoke with a beautiful man... I had some issues about my landlord and this man was so informative it was unbelievable... though he was not able to take my case due to location he was a breath of fresh air.... if there is anyone and I mean anyone that is a person of color and needs help in the Denver area I would definitely request specifically Adam... this man is from New York and he’s knows the truth... i’m telling you this man was an angel... if only The world sees like this man... if only Attorney‘s heart was like this man... I believe police would be very careful on the way they pursue innocent civilian lives... my family is going through pure hell and again though Adam could not help he was very informational.. he was so comforting... this company had the right idea by hiring this wonderful man he will bring in lots of money... get your own law firm Adam!! At first the office was responsive with the information that I needed to provide, which I did, however after some time I did not hear anything about whether the law firm was going to take my case or not. I just recently emailed one of the paralegals that I was in contact with for an update on whether the firm had decided to take my case. I found that my email had been blocked and when I called for assistance I had found that my number had also been blocked. If the firm did not want to take my case it is far easier to call, email, or mail a letter about their decision rather than blocking me and leaving me in the dark. Not impressed with the way this law firm handles business.

For anyone, If you are in need a five-star attorney I would start with the Olson Law Firm, Sean and his team will take of any client with compassion and with concern for the client’s wellbeing. Our experience with Sean has been Great, from the start he gave us a detailed strategy plan on how we going to move on after our car accident in Colorado. He was informative as to what need to continue moving forward through our case and checking in on my wife and I to see how we were doing. Sarah Schreiber and her assistant Alicia Collins did a fantastic job working to reach a settlement on my case pre-litigation. The paperwork was always in order, they followed up on everything, and Sarah explained in detail each step of the process so that I did not feel as though I was working in a vacuum. Because I was dealing with a severe concussion for a good chunk of the three-year period I worked with Sawaya, they had a lot of tracking and follow up to do with me to be sure everything was taken care of / signed in a timely manner. They did it with kindness and efficiency, getting their job done but with empathy towards my situation. I truly appreciate the work they did and the way that they handled my case.

This is not my account although. These people were lousy! I worked on my case for three years and I received money only from workmen's comp. For knee injury and they took that money as well. And never won me anything. I felt robbed cause check went to there bank. Then they cut me a smaller check. Money they never worked for! That money was for the part of body part I had injured. Although that was the least of my injuries. Just stay away better luck somewhere else.

CALL ANYONE ELSE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! I called about a worker’s compensation claim and my case is apparently hard and they are not skilled to deal with apparently. This is the second experience sawaya let me down. Told me no and didn’t get to talk to a lawyer. Someone else did while I was on hold though. Then I explained things that they weren’t aware of, obviously, and she decides she’s going to ask him herself again that it might be different. No thanks. Days to respond and if it’s not easy money they don’t want it. Just like most big companies “here to help”. Yeah right. People like me need a lawyer and always get shut down. Because it requires actual skill.
