Best attorney in Denver hands-down!! I met Jeff through a referral from a friend and I am very glad I did. I thought I was doing everything right by going to my PCP for care, letting them do chiro, massage, etc. I didn't realize my PCP was just milking my medical pay and setting me up for failure with the insurance settlement. I was a year into this and very frustrated when I hired Jeff. He was able to immediately get me my case re-reviewed and back on the right track. He set up meetings with the necessary specialists very quickly. I really wish I had met him sooner because I could have gotten a wasted year back. I am very pleased with the outcome as I ultimately received a very fair settlement considering all circumstances and delays that happened when I tried to handle things myself. At first the office was responsive with the information that I needed to provide, which I did, however after some time I did not hear anything about whether the law firm was going to take my case or not. I just recently emailed one of the paralegals that I was in contact with for an update on whether the firm had decided to take my case. I found that my email had been blocked and when I called for assistance I had found that my number had also been blocked. If the firm did not want to take my case it is far easier to call, email, or mail a letter about their decision rather than blocking me and leaving me in the dark. Not impressed with the way this law firm handles business.

I'm a personal injury attorney in Colorado Springs and Teller County. So I know it's so hard to figure out how to hire someone after you or someone you love has been injured in a car accident. There are lawyers on TV, and there are lawyers who have slick websites or other marketing gimmics. And then there are the personal injury attorneys who do not need to advertise. They are so busy because they are caring and talented and therefore in great demand. A minor auto incident where I was rear-ended on a snow packed Denver street, nothing to make much of, that is until the other party's insurance company claimed their client had no fault in the accident.
