When I has rear-ended while sitting dead still in traffic, the insurance company first tried to say I was not a passenger in the car and after that they came up with all kinds of other stonewalling activities to keep me from obtaining a fair settlement. Roger is very clever and knows how the insurance companies try to give you the run around and is very patient and persistent with the letter of the law. He outsmarted them and squelched the agent at every turn and within a year obtained a settlement I could never have obtained on my own. A minor auto incident where I was rear-ended on a snow packed Denver street, nothing to make much of, that is until the other party's insurance company claimed their client had no fault in the accident. They have an amazing team here! They helped me every step of the way. Incredibly responsive and are willing to help anyway they can.
